BUCKEYE ASPHALT PAVING & PROSEAL

The actual driveway work was fine, but they never came back to seal the driveway. They kept pushing back the date they were going to seal the driveway on and they have yet to actually do it. I have been calling them for the past few weeks and they are not even answering or returning my phone calls. The contract I have with them states that they are supposed to seal the driveway, so they are in violation of the contract.

Driveway one had been properly maintained and the guys did an excellent job. Driveway two had been neglected by previous owner for several years. We specifically asked for them to pay a little more attention to driveway two because driveway one was already perfect. On driveway two they missed some cracks, did not edge, and rushed through job. Called them to come out and fill missed cracks and reseal. Filled cracks, but did not reseal or edge driveway. Debris from yard was sealed into driveway with crack filler. The filler did not match driveway and aesthetically looked terrible. Spoke with owner who was very understanding. I explained I wasn't nitpicking, but I wanted what the ad said. He came out himself, edged, and sealed. LOOKS WONDERFUL. Apparently had some new help. Thanks for making it right!
