Description of Work: I have called 4 times, and my calls were not returned. I even had my husband call, no one called back. I'm not sure how you run a business if you are not returning calls. I gave a D review because I never got a quote, or work done so I can't really rate.

+ -1 moreReplaced 4 window panels (cracked seals) and installed new weather stripping on 2 other windows. I have used these guys for years.....I am always pleased with the results. Much cheaper than replacing the existing windows which would be very expensive.

+ -1 moreBill did a decent job with the jamb liner replacement but windows had more air leakage during the winter of 2014-2015. Cold air was coming through on windy days.

+ -1 moreAll American Glass replaced two different pieces of glass in my double-hung wood windows. They also were able to perform service on 5 windows that would leak when there was a driving/windy rain. The lower sashes had a slight gap and they were able to pad the jamb liners to ensure a tighter fit. I was glad to be able to find All American Glass. I bought a house with wood windows that did not have a name on the glass. I was able to find out from neighbors that they are Atria windows, and that the company is no longer in business. All American Glass knows these windows and can deal with many issues. Great service, professional, and prompt! I would definitely call them again.
Description of Work: Replaced glass in two windows and padded the jamb liners in 5 windows to ensure a better, weather-proof fit.

They were available fast at phone, they came fast to see the window and to give the estimate and they came 3 days later (with the weekend in between) for the replacement. They did a great job and I would call them again if I need them. The price was a little high versus others, but other suppliers closer to me offered to come and replace the glass like in two weeks and they even did not would come to see the kind of window.

Description of Work: Atria experts came out to the house, took all the leaky, defective windows, took them all apart, fixed them and Rebuilt them from the ground up saving me a significant amount of money in replacement cost.
