 + -1 moreThe prices listed were $200-$350, but this company quoted us $700 for a single-family home appraisal (without even seeing the layout of the very standard house). That's hundreds more than anything listed on the National Registry of Home Appraisers--and at least twice more than the company claims to charge. We went with someone else.

 + -1 moreHe's an excellent appraiser. The one good thing about Bill if you explain what you needed, he can grasp the concept and give it to you in two different ways. He could work with you. If he couldn't get the numbers, he would explain it to you. He was especially good at new homes under construction.
