+ -1 moreMY FIRST ATTEMPT FOR THE APPOINTMENT NO ONE SHOWED. THEY HAD NO APPOINTMENT RECORD. I THINK THE PERSON ON THE PHONE WITH AN ELDERLY VOICE LOST THE RECORD OF MY CALL. WHEN WE GOT SOMEONE OUT THEY DID NOT EVEN DO WHAT I REQUESTED.
Description of Work: I HAD A SQUEAKING NOISE COMING FROM MY FURNACE BLOWER AND WANTED IT FIXED.

+ -1 moreSOME INSULATION HAD COME OFF OF THE PIPING THAT WENT INTO THE UNIT THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, WHICH IS WHAT I TOLD THEM WHEN I CALLED. WHEN THE TECHNICIAN CALLED HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I MEANT BECAUSE HE SAID NO ONE HAD TOLD HIM THAT I NEEDED THIS SERVICE DONE. THE TECH CALLED ON HIS WAY HERE BUT SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE WHAT HE NEEDED ON THE TRUCK, HE SAID THAT HE COULD GO TO THE STORE AND GET WHAT WAS NEEDED, BUT THEN DIDN'T SHOW OR CALL
