 + -1 moreBen Woznicki is great. He makes housecalls so you don't have to haul your equipment over to someone and then haul it back. He's very reliable and very responsive. In addition to repairs, I have questions as anybody would. He readily and clearly answered these questions. I think that was great. Also,here and there, he would give help so I could do the functions myself in case I needed to later. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Came out three times over the period of year. It's a $150 a session and a session is an hour or more as needed.He has a degree in computer science. He worked on my Mac desktop and my Toshiba laptop. He fixed issues with high quality images in PowerPoint presenations. He worked on the interface between the computer and printer. He worked on my HP laptop. I had a laptop overload issue, and he cured that by increasing the memory. He told me what to do about a an alleged virus on Mac. He was able to identify that as a scam and what to do about it.
