Old garbage disposal was stuck in the on position. Dave Slawinski returned our panic phone call in less than 5 minutes. 90 minutes later he was leaving our home having turned off the disposal and analyzed the needed repair. A few days later he returned and installed a new disposal in our 90 year old home. On his installation visit he had it installed and working in about one hour. The disposal was high-end His prices are competitive and he is not out to gouge you. We have had him here many times over the years for plumbing repairs and have always been pleased with his work. He always calls back very soon. We didn't realize he does, on occasion, install things that are plumbing related. We just hoped he'd drop by and turn of the stuck "On" disposal. He honored our request for an Angie's List discount.

This service went very well. The owner was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I called in the morning for help, as I couldn't use my sink at all, and he gave me a scheduled time. He phoned me when he was on his way, and it was at the beginning of the time that he estimated arriving at the house. I would use them again and plan to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

This was an emergency situation since my basement flooded with over a foot of water. Mr. Slawinski was doing work in the neighborhood & able to be at my home within a half hour. He confirmed that because of the level of the water the tank needed to be replaced. He made a suggestion of elevating the new tank with I did. After making sure that he knew exactly what supplies he needed he was back in a very short time and completed the project within a few hours. He did a really great job.

He did a great job and provided me options if we have any future problems.

Everything went great. Had two faucets that were not functioning at all. He got one working with no problems and diagnosed the problem for the other one as well as provided an estimate for the more complicated fix. Will use again.

He repaired our clogged sink drain and replaced the fill valve and supply for the toilet. He arrived exactly on time; explained what he was going to do and did it, leaving our bathroom clean and and working properly. It was a great experience; he was a true pro. Would definitely use him again, and recommend him to others.

I am a REALTOR and used them to fix buyer requested repairs for my seller's home. They arrived right on time, got right to work and were done quickly. No overcharge, no wasting time - I like that. The took apart the gas line, used the gas line sealer and tightened up the joints. Then they took apart the leaking sink drains, installed new washers and tightened them back up. Bing, bang, boom - done. Great job and I will call them in the future for other jobs.

Dave is awesome. He is very knowledgeable and hard-working. He doesn't waste a minute assessing problem and getting right to work. He was done with our job in about one hour. He also extended a discount to us even though we had used him about a year ago and, usually, discounts are for first time customers. We have various other plumbing projects down the road, and he will get the first call. Today, we called about 9:00AM and he was out within a couple of hours. Since we had been dealing with these problems for several days (our fault) it was great to get such a speedy response.

We had a clogged sewer drain in our basement that made itself known on a Sunday morning...if you know what I mean. Having been ripped off by our old plumber on a clogged gutter, I joined Angie's List to find a good one. Slawinski is rated about as high as you can be, so I called. Dave not only called back on a Sunday, he advised me that our city prefers to be the first call residents make for sewer problems. They typically check the trap by the street and offer to snake it from there while its open- so A++ for honesty. The city couldn't work on our trap since its under the driveway, so I had Dave come out to get it flowing. He was there on time and had the clog cleared in just under 30 minutes. He even showed me the cause- baby wipes. Overall great experience!

I have used this company in the past and rated them "A". I tried to schedule an appointment for additional work, but no one called me back after leaving two voicemails and an email. It's hard to believe the company can go from being one of the best experiences I had to the worst in such a short amount of time.

Worker arrived quickly and communicated with great professionalism. Gave us a discount for using Angie's list. We have some other work that needs done, and he was willing to give us an estimate. Would definitely use them again.

Mr Slawinski was very cordial and helpful with sealing my toilet, replacing the seat, fixing a bathtub leaking faucet, and working on my clogged basement drain. He seemed forthright about what could and could not be done with my basement. He also assisted with a couple of non-plumbing items that I needed done and saved me time and money by doing so. I was very happy with his service and would recommend him and use him again!

Dave called back promptly and we scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. He even showed up a few minutes early ! He replaced a shower head which we were unable to get off ourselves and replaced the utility tub faucet. He completed both jobs expertly at a reasonable price and I would definitely use him again!

The plumber came out and replaced everything under my sink like the valves, pipes and water supply lines. They do excellent work at a reasonable first of all. I was really in a jam and needed this work done as soon as possible. He was actually working in my neighborhood and came right over after that job and was able to do everything needed. He was a lifesaver. I have used him several times and he has always beeen very good.

They did a great job and I would use them again.

We realized on Saturday PM that the water heater pilot would not stay lit, but waited until Monday to call a plumber to avoid weekend rates. Upon calling the installation number from 12+ years ago, I found that the number was no longer in service, so I searched Angie's list of a highly rated plumber in the area and decided to call Slawinski Plumbing. David was able to meet me within an hour of my calling and replaced the thermocouple within 15 minutes. He was quick, courteous, and professional, and provided a $20 Angie's list discount. I would call him again should we need additional plumbing services in the future.

We've used them for years. Slawbinski is the real deal. Dave knows his business and delivers great service at a reasonable price.

David showed up on time and performed the entire service in 20 minutes. He was very punctual and professional. We think the price was fair (total cost after our Angies discount was $105.00) but we really don't have any information on the average prices of plumbing labor and parts. This is our first time using a plumber and we are definitely satisfied with the service.

I was able to get same day service, and the process took less than an hour. He gave thorough answers to my questions and cleaned up the area completely. I'm very satisfied and would not hesitate to call again.

They came out quickly, almost immediately. He was extremely neat, very polite and did a wonderful job. I will definitely call them again. David was he gentleman that did the work and he was amazing.
