I thought that my experience overall was an A. He was excellent on the scheduling. He was courteous and well informed. He came out right away, and was kind enough to keep me informed of the situation and what to do in the future. I had a really good experience.

Everything went extremely well. He was very polite,efficient and as always his results were outstanding.I have used his plumbing skills for a few years.His outstanding service and results continue to be the absolute best.

I thought that he did a great job because my husband was in charge and I wasn’t there. The two of them managed to do the work without me being there and I thought that was fabulous. There is no leak anymore. He came, fixed it and it was done. He also replaced pipes in the shower. He had the big tool from which he did that.

Dave is still the BEST plumber I have found. I woke up with cold water thinking I was going to have to buy a new water heater and called Dave who promptly came over, diagnosed and replaced the thermo coupling within ten minutes. Saved $20 using the Angie's List coupon he offered!

He was on time, neat, and very efficient. The price was good. He was pleasant and I was very happy with the end result. There was nothing to clean up when he left, which I appreciated.

He had to get a part and knew exactly where to go. He found it right away and came back and fixed my shower right away. He recommended I get an extra part because they are very hard to find nowadays and I took his suggestion. He was very efficient, gave me an Angie's list discount, and David and I are on a first name basis. He is absolutely wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone.

reviewed reports on angies list. his service appears to be exceptional, but only if you can get him to do the work. called him on a monday and left a message. when no return phone call was received by friday, we decided to engage someone else. we went to litts plumbing on saturday and our problem was solved the following monday.

The price was really great for the service. They even gave us tips to keep this issue from happening again. Great service.

Called and was referred to his brother at Berea Plumbing, no problems with the work. He was suppose to come on Tuesday and we had big storms on Monday night. My only minor problem was that they did not tell me they were not coming on Tuesday and I was rescheduled for Wednesday. Otherwise, NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.

I called towards evening and he came right out and fixed the two problems. The ws thorough and cleaned up after himself. Very professional. Price was fair and I will use this company again in the future.

He arrived at the time specified and went straight to work. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions without any of those heavy sighs you sometimes get when they feel you are asking too many questions. He took the time to explain in detail all the questions I had about what he was doing, and about the materials he was using and why. (I am one of those "enquiring minds wanna know" type) I was very pleased with his demeanor and how he was very patient with my questioning. When he was finished, he inspected the work and cleaned up leaving everything as it was found. I would not hesitate to use him again if I ever need a plumber, and I would definitely recommend him in a flash if anyone asks for a good, reasonable, timely and efficient plumber.

I used them for commercial use; they came out the same day I called, they estimated us a great price, came the following day for the work and had little to no disturbance to our business and our services. Very professional and did a great, clean, fast job.

I found out the toilet could have gone all the way through the floor and ceiling of the living room. It is now solid.

It's been a difficult journey to find an exceptional plumber, but I hit the jackpot with a true gem named David Slawinski. I called on Saturday and left a message on David's answering machine requesting a new sump pump. He called on Monday and at that time I also told him that I would like a new lid for it. He originally said he would come on Tuesday afternoon but called early Tuesday to inform me that the sump pumps were out of stock and he would not be able to get the kind he uses until Thursday. So he said he would be at my house at 8:30 am on Thursday and he was there promptly at 8:30 am. We went down into the basement to check on the sump pump. But, suddenly these strange banging and clanging sounds started coming from the direction of the hot water tank and furnace. I had never heard the sounds before and all I could imagine was the hot water tank bursting or the furnace/AC going on the blink. David kept walking around checking all the pipes and said he would go outside to see if he could find anything wrong. He returned to tell me that a bird was sitting on top of my chimney flapping his wings constantly against the metal lid and screening!! I told David he went above and beyond spending that time trying to locate the eerie banging sounds since I had no clue what was wrong and would have no doubt had to pay for a service call on the furnace/AC. Next, David started to replace the sump pump and also to cut down the new lid. He filled the pump with water to show me that it was working properly and also showed me the new lid that he had cut down to fit perfectly over my sump hole. David is a very friendly person, very knowledgeable and also someone who is more than willing to help a customer deal with another problem not related to the job he was hired to do. My basement is free of all sounds, David, thank you for taking the time to assure me that there was no problem other than a noisy bird!! I will definitely tell all my friends that should they have any plumbing problems or concerns, call David Slawinski.

Dave did a great job and was very professional.

Mr. Slawinski responded quickly to my call and came to make repairs to a garbage disposal the same day. He let me know the issue with the disposal, made the repair and identified a leak under the sink. All was repaired professionally. Will definitely call when we need another repair. Thanks!

They were good. They were responsive and reasonably priced. Their clean up was good.

My bathtub drain completely stopped up. I called Dave Slawinski on Saturday and left a message on his voicemail indicating that problem was not an emergency since we could shower in another bathroom. Dave returned my call on Monday and came out that evening. He came fully prepared and was very professional. He used his electric snake and had my drain working in just a few minutes. I very much appreciated that he also suggested a way that I could get a free cartridge for my bathtub faucet which was very difficult to turn on and regulate. I am very pleased with Dave's work, but I feel that even with the Angie's List discount, his fee is a little high. I have used him in the past and would use him again in the future, however, if the job was extensive, I would also check out other plumbers.
