We met with Jim in March and went over our needs for a yard that includes wet/dry zones and was having new flower beds installed in the spring. Jim presented a great plan and was open to suggestions which included changing the zones in the far back from vertical to horizontal. He explained his process of doing spring openings first before he did new installs. The spring of 2019 was a record setting wet spring so our project was delayed until July. Jim stayed in contact and was able to accommodate us as his first residential install for 2019. He showed up as promised with a crew ready to work and finished the job in the 3-day time frame. He was able to creatively work through challenges so the system meets our needs. I LOVE having the entire system controlled from an app on my phone. The app is intuitive and it is easy to create multiple schedules involving a variety of zones - some are grass and others are flower beds. The system is flexible and additional heads can be installed as we add more plants to our landscaping. We also have a rain monitor that works in conjunction with the local NWS reporting station. Jim and his crew are professional, easy to work with and nice to dogs who need a break outside during the day. I highly recommend Jim and his crew!

The experience was great from the estimate to the installation. Jim arrived as scheduled for the initial appointment, walked the yard, and gave me a written estimate within 30 minutes. I accepted and we scheduled with work to begin within a month. He originally thought it would take 4 days, it ended up taking 2.5 days to install 10 zones. Everything has worked perfectly and you could barely tell that a brand new system was installed after it was done. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Jim & Don were awesome! Jim had me describe my issues over the phone. He explained the costs, scheduled the appointment, ASAP, by fitting me in at the end of the day; they arrived promptly; he and Don repaired & replaced damaged sprinkler heads; moved one head 6' out of the way; tested and adjusted the entire system; showed me how to program the control panel and adjust the spray patterns. Before he left, I scheduled winterization of our system with him. The problems I had been fretting over for months were resolved within an hour - I highly recommend this company!

Jim responded to my initial inquiry very quickly. He met me at the earliest time that we were both available and we walked through the entire system, taking about an hour to do so. He pointed out problems that I wasn’t aware of like a long lost broken head buried under new landscaping (water was bubbling up from the ground). He walked me through all of the leaking heads and solved several standing water problems. I am most happy with the Rachio controller, which Jim highly recommended. I managed to waste a large amount of water last month due to leaving the system on by mistake. The Rachio controller is spectacular. It may be the best connected devise that I have. Best of all, I got a reasonable quote that morning and he was able to complete the job that day. I didn’t expect the job to go that smoothly, but it worked out that way. Made an appointment online in early February for Spring Startup and Backflow Test to be performed April 16. He was supposed to be there at 11 am but called much later that afternoon and said he was cold and wet and had a bad day and would like to re-schedule. I said that's fine how about next week. Well, he wasn't available until May 1. I rescheduled for May 1 and he never showed up.

Called for my son who was out of town and never had winterizing done after purchasing house in fall. Met me at his house that afternoon and took care of system day before below freezing temperatures expected

Arrived on time and completed the job, even though it was raining.

Jim and Don did a great job installing a new system under difficult conditions. I have lots of tree roots and an existing lawn in the back yard. They made sure they cut the roots back. They were on time and got the job done when they said they would. Only issue I have is that the soil was not put back into the holes where they had to dig to install the nozzle heads. Price included a rain sensor and a controller accessible by smartphone.

I had them come out in the spring to open up my sprinklers and had them return to shut down my sprinkler system for the winter. I provided the flags to show where the heads were located and he took care of everything from that point. He did a good job and did what needed to be done. I would recommend to others.

They found a lot of problems with our sprinkler system and they weren't able to do any maintenance on it. They ended up not doing anything. The quote was way, way higher than we were willing to pay. I guess we didn't really get anything from our deal. They didn't actually do anything.

This is the second time we have used this service. Jim really knows his business. We have complete confidence in his work. Due to his workload, he can be hard to reach, but when he sets an appointment, he is there and he is on time.
