Description of Work: Replaced broken sprinkler heads and some assorted other pieces in lawn and garden; replaced and rebuilt 15 manifold tee's; discovered source of underground water leak. My initial call was returned promptly, and the appointment made was only two days away for evaluation of the job needing to be done. He was punctual for this appointment and all that followed. He carefully explained all the issues, gave us options for repairing and/or replacing, and the final bill came in almost exactly with the estimate. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company, and I will certainly call them again when needed.

 + -1 moreJim Trudel of Lake Erie was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely patient and professional in dealing with all of the above challenges and the work was completed as promised. He was also very forthright and helpful during the competitive bidding process our homeowners' association conducted, and also honest about the fact that we might need landscape touch-up after his workers were finished. They did a good job replacing existing landscaping, but some touch up was needed since that is not their expertise.
Description of Work: Installation of an in-ground sprinkler system in the common grounds of a town house community. The job challenges included retrofitting under existing lawn and landscape, working under sidewalk and parking lot, hooking into two homeowners individual water pipes for the common system and providing second water meters, working around unmarked buried cable for a gate/call box system, and dealing with several homeowners with differing opinions vs. working with a single point of contact.

Description of Work: Checked the sprinkler system and got it running for summer. Flagged all sprinkler heads for future landscaping purposes. Capped a sprinkler head on the other side of a new fence and put a new sprinkler head in on our property side of the fence. Spent 2 hours doing the work.
