I initially wanted to put subway tile on our fireplace and Nick recommended that I not use it and to pick out something similar but different. He was absolutely right! He did a great job with the tile work and we could not be happier with the outcome. We will use Oakmoore Tile again for sure!

We could not be more pleased with the outcome of our kitchen. Our kitchen is magnificent now, state of the art, we could not be happier. Nick was fantastic to work with from the very beginning. Nick provided tips and suggestions without being over bearing. When the company came to install counter top, they made a comment on how nice and level the cabinets were, this made their job easier. Nick is very punctual and knowledgeable. He explained worked being performed, offered different options and was upfront about pros/cons. (We had a leak in our shower floor). The shower floor looks beautiful and we love the attention to detail. Also, Nick and his crew were very clean and covered all the floors throughout the house with drop cloths. Highly recommend!

I had other bids, but what stood out with Nick was his attention to detail and passionate about his craft. Among other things, his approach to the paint work and suggested material for flooring, base board and trimmings really showed his expertise. I felt his suggestion was sound and appreciated his flexibility with working to my budget. He sent photos on the work in progress and the finish project. We would happily recommend Oakmoore LLC to do a job in our house again. More than Nick’s (OakmooreLLC) ability to get the job done, is his honesty and integrity. No job is without problems, but those problems grant you to see whether you are dealing with a reputable contractor, and we were! Nick was proficient and responsive to our interests. If we called him we were met with a friendly voice, if unavailable and message left, Nick would return our message quickly. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Nick. To his credit, he was responsive at the time of the estimate and was very knowledgeable. However, he was unable to meet a deadline that was agreed to by the both of us 3 weeks out for our installation (this was important as our cabinet installers had to be booked as they were booked 3-4 weeks in advance). I understand that job delays can happen, but assuring someone that you could still start the job the week agreed upon on Thursday morning and then the NEXT morning on Friday cancel and not to be able to start at all during the week is ridiculous. Also, I had to reach out to Nick on a couple of occasions to make sure we were on schedule rather than him keeping me updated on any possible delays. He did make me aware his current job was taking longer than expected, but assured me via text messages he could still start the following week. Rather than taking ownership of what he said on still being able to start, he told me "I should have known better" because he had told me his current job was taking longer and that I was next on his schedule. He completely omitted the fact that he kept telling me he could start the week he agreed to start and would let me know Saturday on the specific start date. Again, he communicated with me via texts so it's all documented. Overall, I'm sure Nick does a good installation job but the level of customer service is not up to the standards of someone I would want to hire. He should have called (rather than send a text to cancel), apologize, and then maybe discuss with me on any possible times/days that could still work (later afternoons, weekends) to save face and to not totally screw my family over. Instead, he left me scrambling one business day before the week that I needed to have the tile installed. Not sure what he was thinking, but finding a good tile installer available one business day in advance is impossible. From my experience gathering estimates from tile installers on Angie's List, all were booked 3-4 weeks in advance. Based on his cancellation and telling me "I should have known better" via text rather than calling to explain and apologize, there is no way I would ever recommend him to anyone. This was not the proper way to handle this situation on his part and it's unfortunate that he shifted the blame on to me.

Nick was terrific. He is a talented professional with a strong commitment to excellence. He is personable and dedicated to his craft. I highly recommend him.

It looks fabulous. Hope to post pictures on his website soon. Need to have the fixtures installed, then will do so. Highly recommend Oakmoore and will be using them for future projects.

Nick did an excellent job! Very professional, he took his time, and was mostly concerned with the quality of his work performed and our satisfaction. He even called us 2 weeks after the job was completed to make sure we were happy with everything that had been done, which we were. If you are looking for ceramic or glass tile work to be done, Oakmoore LLC is the company to hire. But beware: Nick is very busy, so contact him early on with your project.

Nick installed our bathroom floor we are extremely satisfied.

Missed first appointment to consult, and then did not call back to reschedule. It is not my job as the customer to track down the person I am hiring to do the job. I gave them a second chance to call me back and reschedule our initial appointment, and didn't hear back from them in a four day window.

Nick was wonderful! He swept out the garage and hosed it off, took about 30 boxes out of the basement, went and took the cover off my sun setter, took my umbrella from the garage to the back yard, and chaulked the bath tub. Everything was excellent!

The project went smoothly. Nick from Oakmoore came by with an assistant to install the baseboards and door trim. The boards and trim were cut and installed very professionally. After they completed the work, they cleaned up the area and even sealed the trim with caulk around the edges and top.

Nick did a great job. The work is beautifully done, he started the job quickly and his price was fair. He was neat and we were completely satisfied with the job he preformed.

I think he underbid a bit and then overperformed. He was open to my wife's changes throughout the process and brought in some extra help to get things done. He cleaned up the area at the end of each day and my wife was able to use the entire kitchen to make dinner The job looks great and we will hire hire again for some painting and some hardwood floor installatioin

Nick arrived promptly and suggested several different ways we could have the repairs done. He works efficiently and neatly, and while he worked he gave us advice on other projects we had planned. In addition to being an expert on tile, he is knowledgeable in many areas. He is very precise, and truly wants his customers to be satisfied with his work. We are very pleased with the fireplace repair, and we will definitely call him again.

Very well. Two workers came for four hours. They were punctual, polite, and cleaned up the work areas. They returned one week later to repaint the walls, Good attention to details, they rehung mirror and shelf in the bathroom, tried to leave things in good condition.

Brian spent 8 hours at our house and worked diligently, being careful to cover floors and anything else where plaster dust might fall with drop cloths. He was meticulous in cleaning up after himself and did a great job.

Brian and Nick were wonderful!!! I bought the groupon for 8 hours of work and I had them here for over a week. They accommodated me and fit me into their schedule. We are putting the house on the market and I wanted the house to be in pristine condition and they helped me get it to that point. I only had two weeks to get the work done and they did it. I will definitely use them in the future. They cleaned up everyday when they were finished and never left a mess. They want the customer to be happy and at the end of every day they asked if I was happy with the work performed that day. Price can't be beat! I highly recommended Oakmoore!

Nick did an absolutely fantastic job for us. He was on time and spot-on on pricing. he worked with us during minor changes we made as the project went on. He also worked very well with the other contractors (plumbing, electric). He was extremely conscientious and created a beautiful master bathroom for us. I would recommend him very highly and without reservation.

Nick is an extremely patient hard worker. Often stayed for 10 plus hours to finish. Takes pride in his work. Cares that customer is satisfied.
