Did not return call

Showed up over 26 hours late. The first day, he called and pushed the arrival time back multiple times. There was a minor accident wherein a pickup truck hit his large commercial truck. Despite his being uninjured, we did not get informed that our move was the next day until late evening. He said his phone died, and he wound up contacting us late at night using someone else's phone. There is no reason not to carry a phone car charger around if you are driving for a moving company.He showed up later on the second day than he had initially promised as well.When he showed up, he arrived in a decent rental truck and brought one assistant. Fred Waterwash dropped a space heater while loading it into the truck.Aside from this and the bed being disassembled, the process of loading the truck was relatively professional, efficient and straightforward. I haven't been able to see if it functions properly because we haven't a real cold spell yet. When I asked him to carry a bed out of the house and to the curb for me, he said that they don't move things out of house they're moving things into; they only move things in. I don't understand why you would have that rule when you are charging by the hour. I think they were tired and just wanted to go home, because it was after 9:30 at night. He charged us for drive time to our old place from his office, despite having promised not to do so when we initially spoke to him via phone. This meant we got stuck with an additional hour.When it came time to pay, he did offer to accept payment in cash instead of other methods, and discounted our bill slightly for doing so.After I had paid him he indicated that this was done so that he could avoid taxes. He took the legs off of our Tempurpedic bed, despite this not being needed to get them up or down any stairs or other obstruction. He then left those legs on the truck when he returned it to the rental company.Tempurpedic does not sell those chair legs as a separate piece, so I'm kind of hosed. The bed was several thousand dollars, and now getting into it is uncomfortable. I can buy a similar piece to the one he lost for $50 plus shipping, but it's much longer and meant for tall-legged people, which I am not, and it would still be inconvenient to get into bed if I did so.A few days later, the folks he rented his truck from found them and called him. He promised to mail them to us, but never mailed them. After it had been a few weeks, I called and texted him repeatedly asking for an update. He has not returned my calls or texts and I believe he blocked my number.
