Description of Work: Mark was responsive to my plight of having a freestanding garage near collapse due to a cracked center roof beam. He came out to look at the job and left an estimate. Once the work was scheduled he provided the materials and completed the job in one day as stated. I could not be happier with the result and that the garage was saved.

Description of Work: Mark came out to estimate the job (garage leaning) within an hr. of me calling him. He walked around the garage inside and out. Within a few minutes he got his clipboard out wrote me up an estimate. It was for $875.00 to which i said i would call him back. I did, he scheduled the job at my convenience. They arrived just when they said they would did the job in a few hrs. When i got home that day it was done. Mark called a few hrs later and asked if he could stop by for his check, he did and went over the job with me. I am happy w/ the work, did it for what he estimated it for, when he said he would do it and left no mess.... very professonal.

+ -1 moreThe entire job including clean-up took 3-1/2 days. They worked steadily, were prompt and courteous - for the amount of work and the quality, the price was very reasonable.
Description of Work: Mark Noel straightened our leaning garage 8 years ago - that is still holding up great. This time the roof (using another contractor) was leaking badly and the garage floor was deteriorating causing a retaining wall to begin to buckle. He and his worker replaced the roof, fixed other water damage, fixed the floor (including adding a curb), added extra channels to the roof, moved a center post,, and realigned the back wall.

Description of Work: I had an older shed/garage. They rebuilt the whole roof from scratch, removed the rotted sill plates, and jacked the whole garage up and put a new footer down.
