Description of Work: The installer (Josh) worked very efficiently and kept work area clean. I expected a Rheem Electric Water Heater, as I specifically chose Madison Plumbing & Heating Inc. due to them installing the Rheem brand, but Madison Plumbing & Heating stated that they were out of them upon arrival when asked!

THEY PERFORMED A GREAT DEAL OF WORK WHICH ENDED UP COSTING A LOT MORE THAN I EXPECTED. MY TENANT WAS THERE FOR THE WORK AND IF I HAD NOT ASKED TO TALK TO THESE GUYS WHEN I CALLED HER TO SEE IF THE WORK WAS DONE, THEY MIGHT HAVE JUST CONTINUED TO WORK WITHOUT EVER LETTING ME KNOW EITHER THE SCOPE OF WORK THEY WERE DOING OR THE POTENTIAL COST. I GUESS IT NEEDED TO BE DONE, BUT DON'T KNOW.
