This was our second time using Lakewood Exterminating, and as before, we could not be more pleased. Shawn was prompt, pleasant and professional, and completed both the interior and exterior inspection along with treatment in under an hour. Once again, he was able to come out the same day we contacted him about the problem. We highly recommend this service!

Awesome...After several other companies having been used with little to no results and little customer care, Shawn came about 2 months ago and took care of a paper wasp problem, was informative and professional, and on time and took care of the problem right away with success. He arrived on time, was patient and knowledgeable in discussing the issue, and did a thorough job. Since this was a bad infestation, I required a 2nd treatment, and Shawn came out promptly and again provided great service (no extra charge). Anyone looking for service providers knows how hard it is to find people who are responsive, timely, knowledgeable, and do what they say they're going to do. I highly recommend Lakewood Exterminating for any mice problems. I had several other companies out, but Shawn was the only person who tried to address the root cause of where the mice were getting in. I only had one mouse in my kitchen, but Shawn was able to inspect the interior and exterior and fill some small holes where it (or others) could enter. He put down numerous traps (whereas when I had this problem in the past my prior exterminator only put down two). I thought Shawn was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I canceled my quarterly pest control contract with another company and will have Shawn come out for my quarterly treatments going forward.

I sent an email to Shawn late yesterday evening After I discovered a dead mouse in my basement. To my surprise he responded within 10 minutes and said he could come over the next day. When he arrived he was wearing a mask and gloves to my surprise. Was happy to see he was following the guidelines for quarantine and safe distancing. As far as his services he was quick removed the dead mouse and continued to look throughout the house for entry points for any other possible rodents. I was extremely happy with his service and would definitely hire him again

Lakewood Exterminating did an extremely professional job. Since the den was under my deck and against the house, I was concerned if the animal became frightened or threatened it would spray. This would of caused a tremendous odor on and in my house. Lakewood let the animal leave on its own and blocked it entry back into the den. Shawn and his staff responded right away to my call and did a fantastic job. They know their business and I recommend this company with confidence.

After trying constantly to get rid of the mice in my house, I noticed that they were only getting worse so I called Shawn Monday morning about coming out to see where they were coming in from and what we would do to fix it. To my surprise, he was able to come out the next morning AND take care of everything on the spot. It’s been 4 days and only seen one mouse which had died.
