Good. Sean patched the holes around the perimeter, set traps, and let us know his recommendations for work that needed to be done by others. Came same day, very knowledgeable and professional.

This is the second year I have used Lakewood Exterminating and I couldn't be happier. I called Shawn and he was totally flexible in terms of appointment times, which was much appreciated. He agreed to come to my house the next day. He arrived on time and sprayed both inside and out. I saw an immediate decrease in ant sightings.

Shawn listened to our concerns and performed the inside and outside treatment for small ants at our house. He offered to come back if the ants are not gone in a week. Within 24 hours the ants were gone. Very happy with his service and reasonable prices.

Shawn came out and did a thorough assessment of the problem. He identified gaps around the outside of the house where the mice are gaining entry to the attic. He patched a few of the areas which had the largest gaps. I am pleased with the results. I will definitely use his services in the future.

Shawn came out initially to review the property as part of a closing for the sale of the home. He noted several areas of concern to seal and performed the work the same day. Approximately a month later he came back to inspect baits that were left behind. There was no additional activity. He supplied a detailed report for the bank to help complete closing.

Lakewood Exterminating came the day I called. They returned when the critters came back again, as soon as I called. I can't say enough good things about there service and their attention to detail. Even gave me helpful hints on dealing with other beasties. Great company.

Great. Showed up on time, discussed all options on the phone, kept all appointments, i paid online, i received a invoice after service was completed. Performed service agreed upon (traps, bait, sealing the outside of the home), came back picked up all the traps (they where empty) and sealed additional entry points to the home. Very happy withe the company.

Shawn came out the very day I called him and quickly took care of two nests of bees, one in the ceiling of my front porch and the other at ground level, underneath a railroad tie.

After a detailed walk through of the inside and outside of the house, he determined the problem. His knowledge of house construction helped him determine where the critters were and the entry/exit points for them. Shawn gave us several ways to take care of the pests and explained the pros & cons of each, which we really appreciated. We selected the option that we felt would be the best to take care of the problem. He was great to work with, extremely knowledgeable and we would most definitely recommend Shawn!!!!

Shawn came out placed traps, bait, poison and sealed potential entry points from the exterior of the home. I have not seen a live mouse since.

He was on time, personable, and knowledgeable.

They have great communication, punctual, and it works because the ants went away. There was one worker who came to do the job. It didn't take long to get it done.

They were good. They were fine. They came on time. He did the job and did what he said he was gonna do. I would recommend them. I would give them an A. Now if I see mice running around in my house in the next month or so, I would lower that. I haven't seen any mice so far, so I'm happy with that. I thought the price was a little high, but I hadn't shopped around. Definite A for responsiveness. Actually an A+.

I didni't even know there was such a thing as drarin flies, Shawn knew what they were and suggested a treatment that I could do myself. He's handling the ants! And, he comes back and treats them again (without charge) if the little critters aren't gone in 30 days. And, he comes back right away. And, he's pleasant. Some friends of mine were talking about having an exterminator come and guess who they're using--Lakewood Exterminating. Well done!

Shawn was very responsive and did the job very quickly. I still use him and am very happy with his work. If the initial treatment doesn't work, he'll come out and do it again as part of the guarantee.

Excellent , professional, knowledgeable, courteous, We read all sorts of do it yourself articles, spent money on glue traps, mattress covers bugbombs, sprays and none of that helped. After one visit from Lakewood Exterminator the bugs are GONE. No more bites!

Impressive! The Angie's list coupon was honored. He came out the same day we called, quoted a reasonable price, we paid for 2 applications and he did the first application that day. A time frame was given for the second application. Excellent follow up. The second application was done. No More Spiders 🕷

This is one of the few companies that has Sunday hours. I spoke with the owner, Shawn, on a Sunday morning and he was out to my parents' house the next day. He was very professional and took the time to answer all of our questions. We were not going to keep the couch that was infested so he came the day before trash pick up to spray and bag it and move to the tree lawn for us. I don't think another company would have been nearly as accommodating. Shawn was always punctual and responded to my emails in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company. They did a great job.

A live trap was installed on our roof. That same evening the raccoon was after it left the attic for the evening (nocturnal). The next morning, Shawn promptly returned to remove the trap and the raccoon. Could not have gone more smoothly!
