It's always good.

I only ever spoke with the owner, Thomas Schumaker, twice. The 1st time 2 days ago. For some reason he told me that he doesn't normally do estimate, but that he was curious about the ceiling leak in the kitchen, and would come out, at no cost, to check out my problems. According to him, I was suppose to call him back to let him know if the tenants would be there. I don't remember that part of the conversation. The part that I noted in my pad was an appointment to come by between 1pm and 2pm on today, Saturday, March 4, 2017. The 2nd time I called, there was no answer, so I left a message. He called back within 10 minutes. He seemed to have a bit of an attitude. He told me that I was suppose to call him back about the tenants availability, and because I hadn't he wasn't planning on coming out today or any other day, and that he didn't want to do the work for me, and that I should never call him again. I have no idea why this guy would come off so rude. He acted as if I had been nagging him with phone calls. I only ever called him twice, and the 2nd time I only left a message saying that the tenants wouldn't be available until after 3:30pm. I had decided well before I told him he was rude, that I didn't want a jerk like him ever to work for me, so on that count we're on the same page. A word to those looking for a level headed contractor....avoid this guy.
