They did a wonderful job and the workers were very nice and respectful. Love the windows and door, they are good quality and keeps the cold and noise out!!

We ordered the windows in October but due to the weather and them being back logged with orders, we didn't get them installed until January 15, 2015. We were fine with that because we knew they were so busy. When the 2 men came to install the windows on Thursday morning they were so considerate of the wet shoes and took them off going up our carpeted stairs. Tim was the inside installer and he was so nice. I offered them coffee and they enjoyed that . I think the outside guy was Chris but not sure, but he was very nice as well. I ordered them pizza for lunch and they were so appreciative for getting a nice hot lunch. There was a third guy that came later to help with finishing up the windows on the inside but I can't remember his name either. They were all very good and cleaned up inside and out when they were done. We are very very pleased with our new windows and door and so happy we went with Integrity. Curt who spoke with my husband at the Lakewood office was very nice as well. I had 3 estimates in October and their price was the best for the exact same windows as the other two companies.

They were very professional. They were able to resolve quickly the issues we had.

Overall I was pleased with the service, quality and responsiveness of the company. The only glitch was that when they came to install the new door, it was made to open on the wrong side. Thus they had to reorder the door and it caused a delay, It was a tad inconvenient because I had to be home both days for the installation and it required me to take extra time off from work because of this error on their part. They did not offer any reduction in the cost, I just had to wait for the new door to come in so overall it delayed things a couple of weeks. I really liked the sales guy and the installer - both were very professional and didn't make you feel like they were trying to sell you something you didn't need. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

The installers were great. It was a very windy and cold day and yet they installed all the windows.....I don't know how they were able to do it in those weather conditions. The windows are beautiful!! There was trouble with one window which they have reordered with no problem I would definetly use them again!

Excellent removal, installation and cleanup[.

The salesman spent a lot of time with us choosing the door type. It was installed when planned and the work was very precise. The door frame and door are very secure and insulate so much better than before. Everything was cleaned up nicely. Somehow we miscommunicated about the door handle type. After calling to request a change, someone was out in a few days with replacement. The only negative comment is that part of the door frame that was left needed to be puttied. There was a nice blob of putty left but it wasn't sanded.

Extremely industrious crew. On site supervision by company owner Cary Slabaugh. Guys worked extremely hard. All veterans in the business. It's been almost two years now since the job was done. Still looks like brand new. Very positive experience.

The installer was very competent and completed the task quickly and efficiently. I am well satisfied with the results.

Beautiful window. Cary carefully walked us through all options and encouraged us to take our time in considering the right window for us. His installers came over to measure the space before the window was ordered to ensure proper installation. It is just beautiful. Price was lower than competitors, too, and I am sure the quality is higher. Five stars.

Intergrity was a pleasure to work with from the very start. I called their office and spoke to a gentleman who scheduled their sales manager to meet with me in my home the next day. After reviewing our options, we were left with plenty of material to make an informed decision. Once we decided to go with Integrity (due to product quality and pricing), the sales manager promptly returned to my home to complete the paperwork and accept a down payment. Factory measurements were taken shortly after that and we were given a 6-8 week timeframe (due to workload at the manufacturer). The installation work was completed a week earlier than expected due to a cancellation in their schedule. The installers were pleasant to be around, professional and performed quality work. We were so pleased with the service provided that we are already a repeat customer... we called the sales manager to ask about windows, he arrived at our home the same day, and we are currently awaiting installation .

I contacted Integrity for an estimate on a door connecting the garage and the house. Tim (vice president of sales) came out on a Saturday, looked at the door, gave me an estimate--then told me that I probably didn't need a new door. Whoever heard of a salesman who DIDN'T try his hardest to make a sale? I took Tim's advice and didn't install a new door, but I will definitely call Integrity in the future for any door or window needs.

Integrity was excellent to work with. We waited until the last minute to order a new sliding door, as we were having a large birthday party at our house and wanted a new door installed in time. Integrity acknowledged right away that there is a usual wait time of 4-6 weeks but that they would do their best to accommodate our late request. We are so appreciative that Integrity was able to make it out in time, and they squeezed in an installation to get the job done. The installers were professional and did an excellent job of cleaning up dust and the outside patio where they worked.

He was very responsive. He was very professional and very nice but he seems to be real in a hurry. He had left me a lot of unanswered questions. I got to follow up with him to get my other questions answered.

Mike appeared on time. He set up work in the driveway. He was very neat and paid great attention to every detail. He cleaned up afterwards and was a master at removing shades and curtains to do the job. He also replaced the shades and curtains.

Integrity's approach is a little different than other window companies we had out to quote. They did not put on an overly elaborate show. They stuck to just a couple products and worked up their numbers on paper. However, the price was very good and we ended up going with them once we got comfortable with the windows they were quoting. Follow-up and getting the windows scheduled for install could have been better. After not hearing from them for 4 weeks, we called to check on windows. We heard from sales that they were in and that the installer would be contacting us. Got a call the next day that there was a cancellation and they could squeeze us in tomorrow if that worked. It did not. After that, we didn't hear from the installer for a week and didn't have a way to contact him. So, I called and talked to the owner and asked for installer contact info. Once I had it, I called the installer and setup a time in the middle of the next week. Install went well. 3 man crew took 2 days to complete. They used all the same install components that Window Nation will try to sell you on without the fanfare or extra cost. Outside coil work was done very well and looks great. Clean up was also good. And they did a pretty fair job working around all our outside plantings with minimal damage to rose bushes etc. Once issue came up during install, we ordered window grids and one of the windows had a crooked grid inside of it that we noticed during install. It is a minor cosmetic issue but they will have to replace the IGU to fix it. Integrity helped us set this up and agreed that we would hold back $2K until the job was finished properly. We are still waiting for the Polaris tech to come and replace the IGU. We talked to them 2 weeks ago and they said the unit was ready, but they haven't called to schedule the install yet. Overall, we got good work done at a very good price. I can't complain too much, although they could be a little smoother on the customer care / scheduling side of the equation. If we hadn't had any scheduling hassles, I would give them an A.

When they finally came out they did a good job however their customer service was unprofessional. The rep came out in Sept. I phoned the rep the day after I saw him to see if I could select a different window frame color. He was fine with and I chose a color which was more expensive. it He also knew I was going on vacation for 10 days in October but then my job got pushed back. I enquired at regular intervals about when the job would be done and got an email which had the email history visible. This is what it said," I told Ronn to call her but don't forget she kinda dragged her feet for a month with letting Ronn do the measure....

I got an estimate fro replacement windows for my house. The company came in and replaced all 13 windows in my house. Two windows had to be reordered and they were replaced at a later date. The workers were very courteous and polite and did a fine job cleaning up when they finished. During the winter during when an ice build up on the roof began to melt water leaked in and I called the company. Cary came out and looked at it but said this was due to the ice melting and seeping through the roof and the window. I called a roofing company to correct this and hopefully next year I wont have this problem. I called for a warranty for the replacement windows and they sent it in the mail.

Ordered and installed two Anderson Wood transom windows. Communication good and excellent work.

We have Anderson double panel windows, and some of them started to get some moisture between them. The workman that came out did a high-quality job. They were very responsive. No complaints! This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others.

They are doing excellent work. They will be finished today. They're polite, they maintain their work area nicely, they're efficient and friendly. The bidding process was transparent and they brought the window product with them for us to approve of it and check out the quality. That was nice. He didn't hesitate to bring a window sample for me. He left it at the house for me to check it out and if anyone else shows me theirs I am free to compare it. I checked them out and compared them to 3 or 4 others and I approved.

After contacting several companies two years ago to replace a patio door that had rotted at the base and the two windows on either side of the main picture window of a bay window, I chose Integrety Windows. The owner was responsive, professional, and had the best prices. At the time I was quite pleased. The workers went out of their way to match the frame woodwork running to Home Depot even to get a piece of wood to frame the window and a few more little things like that for the outside of the windows. This past winter the company had to replace the glass in one of the windows due to the freezing temperatures; one glass had cracked. When he came to check the job I asked him to check on the draft I had been feeling ever since they replaced the patio door. When he did, we realized the draft had been not coming from the door itself, but from underneath. We pulled the carpet back to find the source of the draft to discover the wood and sub floor wet and rotted to saw dust. After another month, the guy who did the work came and pulled the door out, replaced some of the wood and sealed up the area, still claiming the problem was not something he did wrong or did not seal correctly the first time. We'll the draft is gone, floor seems to be drying out, but I would not trust them to fix our next set of windows.

I had a small window in my garage that needed to be replaced. I had called around to several companies, and they all told me that they would not be able to come out because the job was too small and not worth their time. However when I called Integrity Windows & Doors, they said they would be happy to come take a look at it and help me. They said that no matter how small the job, they would not turn down a customer in need. They came right out and measured the window and let me know they would be able to take care of it for me. Everyone I spoke with from the company was very pleasant and professional, and I was very pleased and greatly appreciated the way they treated me and the respect that they showed me throughout the entire process. I will definitely use them again if ever needed and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their services, and in fact, if I could, I would give them an A+ instead of just an A!

Arrived on time on a cold March day. Immediately got to work removing old patio door. Since the original was a non standard size, additi0nal framing was required to accept the new door. New door was installed in a very professional manner and trimmed out (inside and out) very satisfactorily. Site was left clean of any debris. I was very satisfied with the total job and continue to be satisfied with the quality of the new door.

It went well except at this price point I expect that the windows would be clean when the crew was finished and they were not.
