When Steve Allen from Integrity first looked at our leaking basement issue in the fall of 2012, he did not try at all to sell us on his company's full excavation process. Instead, he suggested we contact the city to clean out the pipe leading to the street, suggesting this may be the issue. This was in contrast to some of the other company's who immediately tried to sell us their waterproofing plans, some of which involved water proofing from the inside, which probably would not have worked. When we determined that the pipe leading out was not the problem we invited another round of estimates. Integrity won the bid based on Steve's thorough explanation of the problem and his company's approach to fixing it, the strong reviews on Angie's list, and on price. It should be noted that Steve was also very respectful of other company's in the business. The work was scheduled promptly. Before digging began, they approached our neighbors whose driveway would need to be used by the large excavator. They explained to our neighbor that no damage would be done (none was). They used plywood panels to protect the drive and they cleaned up thoroughly immediately after use each day. The workers were courteous, professional and kind (they let us take a picture of our 7 year old daughter sitting on the seat of the excavator--engine off of course). They explained each step of the process as they went. The work was completed promptly in five days. New top soil was brought in to replace the old and they even replanted the box-woods that were removed at the start of the process. It has been nearly a year since the work was completed and we have had a completely dry basement, even during this past winter which included a lot of snow and rain.

I called Integrity Waterproofing to have my basement inspected due to water/moisture intrusion. My wife and I moved into the home just over one month ago and were interested in seeing what could be done to remedy the water issue. Our home inspector had a device to measure moisture on the walls and said it was rather high on the South wall of the basement. The rest of the basement is "finished" to a degree that prevented the inspector from getting moisture readings on other walls. I called Integrity due to the great reviews on Angie's List and I have to say that the company lives up both its name and reviews. Steve came out and was extremely friendly. He inspected the basement and outside of the house (foundation). Steve then took time to sit down and explain to me, in detail, what needs to be done and how the work is performed. It is clear that he takes great pride in his work and stands behind it. Steve mentioned the company uses its own workers and pulls permits. It was a wonderful experience with someone that is extremely personable, patient, and willing to answer any questions a person may have. One thing I want to mention that having exterior waterproofing done can be rather expensive. However, Steve does point out the problems with the internal "water control" systems and has the pictures to prove it. It's best to do it right the first time.

They were excellent. It went completely smooth. They were punctual and explained everything as they worked. We have no complaints at all.

They did an excellent job. The workers were very courteous. They took the time to point out some other issues with our gutters when it rained hard so we were able to address that too. they carefully removed all of our landscaping and then replanted it when they were done. It looks great. You wouldn't even know that had excavated that whole corner of the house. They communicated well about when they would be able to work and when they had to leave due to the weather. It will take time to know if the waterproofing did the job but given my experience so far I would highly recommend.

Back in November we hired Integrity Waterproofing to come and waterproof our house. During our initial meeting they explained very clearly what they planned on doing, what materials they chose to use and why, and how this all affected the cost. When the work actually started, they were professional, conscientious, and also courteous. When our house threw them a curveball, they explained how plans were going to have to change, but did not increase their rate. I wanted to wait to write the review in order to assess how the work turned out. After numerous heavy rains our basement has been completely dry and we are very pleased with the outcome. The project was completed on time and the work performed was of high quality. I would recommend them to anyone needing a waterproofing job done.

He came out and informed me that I did not need waterproofing, even though several others told me that I did. I just had a pipe that was leaking.

Steve was honest, only suggesting to do the work that was necessary. His crew came in and finished everything in one day. They were courteous, conscientious and clean. I highly recommend Steve and his company.

It was an excellent experience. We had some water in the basement and he suggested that we get the plumbing company that we used. Steve was really good. He didn’t charge us for coming out.

The provider brought in equipment to remove earth from west wall of foundation in order to reach the crack. They cleaned the foundation, applied sealant and covered the area with a large rubber blanket which they then secured to the foundation wall. We have had several severe storms since the work was performed and have seen no leakage. With teh sump pump discharge the provider traced the plumbing under the garage floor to the point where it entered the house. They cut the concrete in a small area to uncover the problem area, replaced a section of the drain tubing and refilled the hole with fresh concrete. We have had no further problem in this area. The folks with whom we dealt were very courteous and professional. They did a great job in repairing the damage and cleaning up afterwards.

We just had a big storm of the kind that would normally lead to our basement taking on water. Tight and dry this time. Also none of the pooling of water in front of the foundation like before. The guys that came out were punctional, polite, professional and fast. We reccomend them 100%.

See above. All went very well. The provider was professional, respectful, and thorough. He also recommended next steps needed to simply seal the basement cracks caused by natural settling.

Steve was a total professional. I was impressed with straight forward approach. He did not talk down about any of his competitors. I would recommend having a conversation with Integrity Waterproofing.

Rather than quoting us for an expensive re-waterproofing, Steve recommended first step - to use an elastomeric caulk along the expansion strip between house & driveway. Much appreciated.

basement waterproofing and sump pump were done a year ago. alarm on the backup ( battery) pump would not turn off even after new battery installed. called Integrity for assistance, they responded promptly: installed new pump with no discussion/hesitation/hassle. Appreciate their prompt, courteous service. Highly recommend this company as my basement remains dry and they are a very reliable company.

Waterprooping was quite a process. First the ground around the walls was dug out 8 feet deep; then metal rods were placed vertically every four feet in the walls; then concrete was poured around rods; then the defective drain tile and clean out was replaced with plastic pipe; then a waterproof compound was applied to the outside walls; then a rubber compound was applied to the ouside walls; then a dimpled plastic cover was applied to the outside walls; then rounded washed stones were used for fill: then a mesh was placed over the stones; then filtered topsoil was put on top; then boards were placed inside where the house ouside walls rested on the block foundation. Downspout drains were also repaired. Boards were placed on the lawn, so no damage was done. The property was cleaned up upon completion of the work. The crew answered all questions immediately. We have two dogs that we release to roam in our backyard. Integerity work took three days, and each day they repositioned a portion of the fence, so we could let the dogs out. "Intergrity" is an appropriate name for this company. I nominate the company for a "Super Service Award."

Steve came out and provided a free consultation on our wet basement problem. Based on the water marks on our walls, he told us he thought we might have more of a flashing and plumbing problem keeping the gutter water from getting out to the street, and he recommended a company (the Plumbing Source). We had them come out to scope and snake our lines and they discovered a huge disconnect in our line right above the basement wall...just as Steve had suspected. He came out again to look at our foundation wall while we had one area of it dug up already for the plumbing work, and rather than just make some money off us with a repair job he suggested we wait and see if the plumbing work resolves the problem on its own. It doesn't happen often, but he was true to the company's name. In addition, the Plumbing Source was the best plumber we've used.

We were so very pleased by the work of Integrity Waterproofing. We had a horizontal crack in our front foundation wall (as viewed from inside our basement) and water seepage through the wall. I have purposely delayed writing this review to give the work a couple seasons of wear to make sure that the work was done well. We have endured an extremely wet spring and summer and so far the work is holding up great. We have not seen any further water seepage nor bowing of the foundation wall. Integrity Waterproofing did the work when they said they were going to do it, and they did it quickly and efficiently. We were provided with pictures of every step of the work, and their multi-step process seems to really provide a "belt and suspenders" approach so that water seepage will not be a problem for decades to come. We also were concerned about some water seepage through other walls of the foundation, but instead of taking advantage of our concerns and roping us into spending more money, Integrity Waterproofing suggested that we just do the first wall, clean out the drainage system around the house, and see whether the cleaning and the replacement of the footers on the front wall would relieve the water seepage on the other walls. So far, this approach has worked great! We have not seen any seepage through the other walls since the work was done on the front walls. I am so glad we didn't spend unnecessary money at this point. The foreman of the job (the owner's son), could not have been more polite, courteous, and professional. We were so impressed by him. We HIGHLY recommend Integrity Waterproofing!

They were very hard workers. They kept to their time. The waterproofing job that they did was excellent. I did not have any trouble with any water in the basement since they were here.

Excellent. Our estimate was honest, we were not sold anything that wasn't necessary. The workers were very professional. They worked hard during the times scheduled. Clean up was excellent. Everyone tried very hard not to damage my yard in any way that was not necessary for the job. I highly recommend.
