Description of Work: Waterproofed basement from the outside, replaced storm pipe from house to storm sewer that was so clogged w/roots it was impassable. They were awesome, very professional, very knowledgeable and an excellent work crew. Everything that the men said would be done was done and the grounds put back the way that I asked.

Description of Work: Replace broken drainage tiles at perimeter of house. Very efficient, essentially no mess created during or after the work--remarkable because it involved a backhoe and 8ft-deep trenches all around the house.

Description of Work: Integrity dug up two sides of my house for waterproofing. My experience from the first meeting to the installation was wonderful. The guys were very nice and willing to answer any questions I might have. They were very efficient and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend Integrity waterproofing. I was really impressed by their quality of work.

Description of Work: Bottom line,I'm so glad I called Mr.Allen about my basement concerns.I found him to be genuine,not out to scare you or pressure you in any way.Turns out I did not need to do anything to my basement at this time. If that ever changes I will without a doubt call Mr. Allen back.

Description of Work: The owner of the company (Jim) I think, came out to inspect the project. |He admitted that he could fix the problem but it would be extremely expensive as he would need to tear up part of the driveway. |He recommended B Dry as they could address the problem from inside |the basement (a method he did not do). |The job was done with great success by B Dry at a fraction of the cost. | |Integrity could have tried to sell me on doing the job from the outside |but instead passed up the job and recommended a better less expensive option. | |He really liven up the the name "Integrity" and I appreciate that! | |I'll call him first if I need waterproofing in the future.

Description of Work: They were nice and caring, but they broke two windows and said they would fix them and never did. It was alot of money so I'm not all that happy. they also brought in soil and it was full of weeds. Still trying to get rid of them.. It was also more money than was agreed on, by $1500.00

Description of Work: Waterproofed basement walls by: Digging trench installing new drain tile coated outside wall with parge (sp?) coat coated outside wall with elastomeric coat inserted rebar/cement reinforcement in block wall every four feet covered wall with dimple hard plastic coat to keep gravel from penetrating elastomeric coat and any water that got behind to flow down to drain tile filled trench with gravel topped with top soil The workers were uniformly polite. Integrity was rated B on both Price and Responsiveness because $14,000 is a lot of money and they did not start when we told they would in July. I expect this latter B was because they had bad weather between July and when they did come in November. Once they started, all went quickly.

Description of Work: They waterproofed around my screened in porch & removed the cement floor that was covered with Nature Stone in my screened-in porch. Floor had buckled badly over winter & wasn't level. They poured a new floor & moved drain. Their work is excellent. In addition to waterproofing & removing & adding a new floor, they took the dirt from around my screened-in porch & filled in holes I had in my back yard & went & got seed & planted grass. My back yard has never looked so good. Remember - they were there to waterproof & remove & add a new floor not to plant grass in my back yard. Excellent company, excellent work & wonderful crew. When they were done waterproofing they replaced my dirt & landscaping around my porch & you would never know anything had been done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Description of Work: They did a full excavation and waterproof of our basement. Our house is over 100 years old and they did a great job! They were professional, very nice and their work is awesome. I've recommended them to a few people.

Description of Work: Estimate and I signed contract because steve said two weeks. It is now six weeks and nothing done or started and no phone call . I finally got ahold of this company as they don't have an answering machine on june 30th to complain about their lack of response the receptionist said " as you can imagine there has been a lot of rain" I really don't care about their excuses my basement is flooding .

Description of Work: Steve is a great guy, he waterproofed my 80 y/o parents home. He was cordial, professional and caring. He took time to explain in detail our options and then worked diligently with his crew to get the job done correctly. After my 77 y/o mother had worked to wet vac her basement a few times (w/o my knowledge) Steve and crew have delivered her a dry basement! The musty smell is gone and even though we are having a drought year, the few heavy rains we've experienced have proven no match for Steve's method of waterproofing. Something we could not have said this time last year! Kudos to you Steve and son's, I wish more people had your "INTEGRITY!" Eduardo

Description of Work: President of the company came to my house (was on time) to looking at a minor leak in my basement that had developed over the past year. He explained that it was something that I could probably fix myself. I appreciated that he did not try to trick me into a bunch of expensive , unnecessary work. Real easy person to speak with which is very unncommon for the Cleveland area. Many contractors in the Cleveland area will try to avoid meeting with you face to face I have found while forming an estiamte.

Description of Work: Steve came out as sheduled and looked over our situation. He determined that we did not need our basement waterproofed, but needed to deal with how the water is taken away from our house, to include the sump pump. We really needed for someone to be honest and tell us how to approach the water problem. He did not try to sell us something we did not need. He is kind and professional. I am recommending him to a friend and I would use his services.
