Look if you want your child to be SAFE, and not have to worry then hire Pat! He is a true professional. Yes it's pricey, but you really get what you pay for here, and safety is #1 for my child. We have a multi-level house so lots of steps, and Pat installed the top of the line best gates possible! Don't think about this, hire Pat!

He used products that are very easy to use. Cabinet latches do the job of keeping our daughter out and are easy to use. I recommend Pat without hesitation, will use him again when we need him.

Pat Kinyon was fantastic. They initially came to my home for a consultation; I was charged a consultation fee. During this visit, they were able to help me identify hazards in my home and come up with solutions so that my child is safe. They mentioned several safety hazards I hadn't thought about, such as glass closet and interior doors. They were able to come up with creative solutions to make modern equipment (baby gates, etc.) work in my century home. They quoted each item separately, so I was able to pick and choose what I wanted to install. Once I'd given them the okay, they ordered all the equipment and installed it the next week. They were very punctual and neat, and the work was completed in about a half day. I would definitely call Pat again in the future.

I was very happy with the service and professionalism at Home Safe Home Childproofing. Pat was very accomodating with my schedule since I work full time and understood the worries I had about our daughter's safety before the house was childproofed. He is friendly and easy to work with, was very nice to our overly friedly dog and took the extra time to point out potential problem areas, which I was very happy to have fixed. Pat and his team came out one Friday morning and took care of all the furniture I needed bolted to the walls and even showed me how we had installed a few other items incorrectly. He made a follow up appointment to install a very much needed gate at the top of our stairs and put up a fireplace guard. I will say that the service is expensive but fairly priced - especially when it comes to the safety of your child in your home. I believe you get what you pay for and I'm extremely happy with the job Pat did. It gives me tremendous peace of mind when my daughter is playing in the next room. My husband and I are not handy and it would have taken days for us to do the work Pat did and we would have probably done it wrong! I highly recommend Pat and Home Safe Home childproofing. He will get your home childproofed right the first time and is easy to work with.

Fabulous experience. We have a tricky set-up in our old house, and I couldn't figure out a way to install the child gate at the top of my stairs. Home Safe Home came out and built a nifty little add-on that allowed him to install the gate without damaging my banister. I was impressed with the work, and the price seemed very reasonable to me.
