The team that came to my house was efficient and did excellent work.

Always a pleasure working with this company. Morriah called to schedule an appointment the following day after I made contact and she was able to work me into the schedule immediately. The team is always punctual and effective. Morriah also addressed another minor issue for me at no charge.

When we called to schedule an appointment, they happened to be working in the area so they actually came that day and quickly had the gutters flowing freely. They also confirmed the gutters were hung properly and identified an issue with the shingles.

Second time we have used Gutter and Chimney Services of Lakewood, and I intend to use them in the future. Really good about setting up time/date for service. Really good at doing fast and thorough work. Morriah (sp?) has team of 3 or 4 workers who attend to every side of the house, including the garage. Much appreciated.

I use them all the time, their great. Their very responsive. They don't try to up sell me on anything and they do good work.

The cleaning, yeah the cleaning was good. They did a good job. Very professional. They did a good job, they were punctual, they were on time. I think there were, the manager, like a supervisor with two folks maybe, two or three.

Mariah and her team are always very prompt to reply back and to appear on the job. We would recommend them for there work. We use them twice a year and also use their services at our rental property when needed.

I had a good experience with Gutter& Chimney Services in October/November of 2016. I think the cost was $130. I think their prices are reasonable.

The services were performed to my satisfaction. I called in the morning for a quote. They came out within two hours. Provided an estimate that seemed fair. They then did the wo3rk!

I had a problem with one of the gutters, it needed some repair and they charged an extra $25 for the repair, which I thought was reasonable. I was very satisfied with them! I talked to the lady, who was the owner and he explained what they were doing. They did a much better job than the previous people who were doing the gutter cleaning. They were quick & neat! They were efficient, timely, I think! I think they did much more in depth cleaning then the previous, they went deeper into some of the lines. They come to this part of town only every couple of weeks, I think, something like that. So, it is not something that they would come out immediately when you call them, but it wasn?t a problem. I would use them again, I tried to, but they were booked for the rest of the year.

Gutter & Chimney Services of Lakewood arrived on time and had a crew of about 4 people working on our house. They cleaned out the gutters and when they thought all areas were clean, they ran water through the gutters to ensure no areas were missed. I would definitely use Gutter & Chimney Services of Lakewood again.

Fantastic. Had used them to clean out the gutters and install a gutter guard. So when it came to the roof felt very comfortable. The owner is so skilled and knows the business well. Wonderful pricing. Excellent performance. Three layers of roofing removed. All DONE IN A DAY. You can have confidence in the honesty of this firm.
