Description of Work: Purchased a Big Deal for gutter cleaning and tune up and the work was scheduled and completed within a week of the purchase. They cleaned the gutters and re-attached some pieces that had fallen off due to ice. We weren't home at the time, but Morriah called to confirm once completed and let us know about a clogged downspout and options for fixing. Had a positive experience all around.

Description of Work: Very punctual, and thorough. They also identified a problem with the fascia board, and gave me a fair price to replace it. I also had them install gutter screens. Very satisfied overall, and would definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Gutter and downspout cleaning was done at my home. I contacted them 4/07/14 for an appointment. They inspected the property and called me back 4/08/14 to schedule an appointment. They arrived on schedule and inquired if I had any concerns in regard to the job. All ladders were confined to my driveway because their hose is long enough to rinse out both sides of the house from the roof. (And my home is an up & down double.) It only took them about 40 minutes and the debris was bagged and removed from the property. They honored the Angie's list price even though I would not purchase by computer. (I don't do financial transactions by computer.) They do not have a yearly schedule for gutter cleaning, but they do send reminders every year. I will definitely be answering that reminder annually! I have already recommended them to the neighbor next door. If your gutters need cleaning, it's a small price for peace of mind.

Description of Work: replaced gutters on one side of house and replaced facia board on other side of house and had to replace rotten facia that was covered over with facia board put in by someone before we owned house that was rotten and did not seal house completely, allowing us to see light from inside the attic. We were very pleased with this firm.

Description of Work: I have a large house with box gutters, several downspouts and a clay tile roof. Cleaning the gutters is harder and more complicated than normal gutters. The service is responsive, responsible and quality. I have used them for over ten years and would highly recommend the firm.
