They are hard to get in touch with, but if you leave a message you can expect a call back within about 2 business days, in my experience. Once I was able to speak with someone an appointment was set up quickly. Came home while they were still working, discussed some needed repairs for the future. Work was done quickly and cleanly. I think the price is a bit higher than some providers, but I would be willing to pay that again based on the quality and speed of the service. Recommended.

The owner called me back shortly after I called her, set a time to look at my gutters and carefully listened to my requests for information. The quote arrived promptly and, upon approval, she scheduled a day less than a week in the future to do the work. | |They cleaned my gutters, replaced a gutter cap, strengthened several sections of sagging gutter, inspected the chimney and roof and replaced some roof tiles. | |I've done a great deal of work to my little fixer-upper and hired quite a few contractors. This experience was by far one of the best. I can't imagine that anyone would be unhappy after hiring Lakewood Gutter & Chimney.

Description of Work: The first time out in July, I had a clogged downspout on the 2nd story of the house. They fixed the issue right away, Great Service. The 2nd time I called them, in late November, my chimney cap had blown off during a wind storm. When I reached their voicemail the message was "no new customers and for previous customers they were booked until the 3rd week of Dec.I explained my situation, company coming for Thanksgiving dinner, my Wife wanting a fire that day and just the thought of the heavy cap blowing completely off. The return call was gracious and my problem was understood. The company came out the next day fixed the both of my issues, the chimney cap and my frantic wife and her ability to have a fire on Thanksgiving. End result "all smiles".

Description of Work: Replaced all the gutters,downspouts and mesh screens. Owner was at the house along with the workers. All were very professional. Job was done in a timely manner.

Description of Work: They replaced a gutter and board that had fallen off of my dad's house as well as replacing a portion of his front gutter. On my house next door, they repaired gutter boards and gutters on the back oh my house and side of garage. They also cleaned all of my gutters (which were really full) and installed new screens on them. They did all of the above quickly and efficiently. They were extremely friendly and professional. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
