Description of Work: Cleaned garage gutters and changed placement of downspouts to increase drainage to the drive/street instead of into the yard. They did a great job... very informative and kept me posted every step of the way. Best part... they did the entire job while I was at work. I didn't have to plan to take time off to be here. They did the estimate and the actual work while keeping contact with me via phone.. then left the invoice in my mailbox. I mailed them a check immediately and plan to use them for further work on my chimney in the near future. Great experience with a seasoned company, they know what the customer wants and needs.

Description of Work: I contacted the owner to have my gutters cleaned. I was contacted within 24 hours and an appointment was scheduled. Always a pleasure working with this company. The company is very professional, dependable and reasonably priced.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters. I was very pleased with how they approached the job. I had been having problems with major overflow and was concerned that maybe there was a blockage somewhere. They hosed down (repeatedly) to ensure that everything was clear. And then to appease my mind they did it again. I would cetainly use them again. I used an Angie's certificate for the work.

Description of Work: On Friday, I purchased an Angie's List big deal to get my gutters cleaned. I received an email from them on Saturday, asking for my phone number. Morriah called me on Monday. She was able to work around my availabilty and scheduled the service about two weeks later. I was very pleased with her quick response and ability to work around my schedule. The work has not been performed yet, so I can't evaluate the quality of the service yet.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters on 2-story home and garage. Re-attached gutter that was hanging and attached gutter cap to damaged gutter. Also, cleaned garage gutters.

Description of Work: After purchasing the Big Deal, the company was very honest in estimating their earliest time to perform the work, unfortunately we could not wait that long, and were able to find another vendor who could perform the work within the next week. My only suggestion would be that the company either indicate on the Big Deal purchase site that they are scheduling 4 weeks out, or refrain from listing a Big Deal until they get a little more caught up and can schedule within a week or two.
