We are a fast growing gutter cleaning business in Lakewood, providing services for some of Cuyahoga, Medina, and Lorain counties due to taking care of customer needs and wants. Here at Gutter & Chimney Services of Lakewood, we take pride on every job big or small with you the customer in mind. Our gutter cleaning process consists of removing all debris from gutter systems by hand and placed in buckets, bagged and removed. We then flush the gutter system with water checking for leaks and/or backups. Once completed we take away all debris and thoroughly clean the grounds. In addition to cleaning, we repair gutters and install gutters using a heavy gauge seamless aluminum with a wide variety of colors. We also install stainless steel chimney caps for any size chimney that carry a lifetime warranty on the product and the installation. Senior Discount: Ask for details. Description of Work: I am not sure what they did except for blowing the debris off the roof as requested. They said they cleaned the gutters but I am not sure how. They didn't use a hose or any water that I could tell. They were here and gone in 15-20 minutes.

We apologize that your experience with our company was not to your satisfaction. To all current and future customers, In the company's defense for this review the customer purchased an offer for $109 which is for a home under 2500 ft.² and without gutter guards. This home was a little bit over 2500 ft.² and had a gutter guards, the offer we have for that particular size home with guards is $149. We have a crew of 3+ one supervisor in which the jobs take a lot less time to carry through. The customer stated at purchase: Note from Customer- The gutters have covers but they are drop in plates with holes. I mainly need the leaves removed off of the top of the gutter plates and off of one portion of the roof where two slopes join And we feel we did exactly what the customer wanted us to do. The one issue we did have is we were a little late but we did notify the customer ahead to let them know and they said no problem they'll be home all day. We take a lot of pride in what we do and feel we do quality work. Thank you again for your business!
