The work was well done.

It was okay -- I had this company do a gutter cleaning and small gutter repair last year (when they also charged me $120-- which supposedly include an Angie's list discount). When I called again this year for just a gutter cleaning, they said "the same price as last year" and promised an Angie's list discount. I was charged $120, which was the same price as last year (which was a bigger job), and the invoice did not include an Angie's list discount. Rather than arguing with the company for the $10 discount, I simply won't use them again. The job was done fine; their billing and customer service isn't great.

Very efficient, prompt, nice, I believe they were very honest. I haven't had any problems. Nothing stopped up since they were here.

Went OK, called back in 2 days. Did not come out to inspect job. The quote was based on our verbal description over the phone.

Called this company and they came out to do an estimate. Two weeks later the representative called me on my cell to give me the quote over the phone and I asked her to email a quote. She said "oh you want something more formal" and I said yes I need this to submit for insurance and I specified how I needed the quote. She said she's not good with email so I gave her my fax and waited two more weeks before calling again. Spoke to her and again said she'd fax it. Waited another week and called again, no response, waited another week and finally called and left a message assuming they weren't interested in the job. If they didn't want the work they should have made that clear when I took off work to meet them for a half an hour at my house or if they were swamped with work they should have just told me it would take a couple of weeks to get the quote.

They were very thorough, prompt and cleaned up well.

Fine. Did an okay job -- there was a heavy rain two days after they came, and the downspout on the south end of the house still seems a bit slow. Price was $13 more than quote. Unclear if Angie's List 10% discount was applied. However, they were responsive, and called back quickly and did the job quickly. However, the price was a bit higher than some other comparisons I've had in the past. Might/might not use again.

Very well. We also received good information about follow-up cleanings.

Service was prompt and professional. They responded soon after my phone call, as opposed to another company, who never responded at all. They did a wonderful job and I plan to contract with them again to replace gutters on another house.

Very friendly and professional. Easy to schedule. Came when expected. I had expected that our gutters needed repairs, but they assured me that they were only really clogged with debris and would work better once cleaned out. They were right, because rain no longer cascades off our roof! I did not compare prices, but I expect that their price is on the higher end (certainly more than having someone with a ladder get up there and do it manually). They cleaned the debris off our front porch/walkway but not our back porch. Overall, we were happy with the job and the explanation of our chimney needs. We have hired them to clean the chimney and install a damper, too.

My initial phone call was returned promptly, they arrived for the cleaning on time. I was not surprised when told that my gutters needed more then minor repair, and we scheduled an appointment to fix them for later in the same week. They arrived for the second appointment promptly, and were very polite. They advised me about what my options were, recommending that I go with the less expensive option, and explained why. They finished the work in a couple hours, and cleaned the yard up so that you wouldn't have guessed they'd been there. They were very apologetic that they could t get the moss off my garage roof as the singles are so brittle. From my perspective it was above and beyond for them to attempt to remove the moss and I m grateful for the observation that I need to have it repaired (work which this company does not do, so it can't be construed as an attempt to drum up more work). All and all, I'm very pleased with both my experience and the results!

Did a great job. Cleaning was scheduled within a couple of days. He got on the roof and powerwashed the gutters. There were weeds growing in the gutter and the drain pipes were filled with pine needles. We had damage from a tree and a couple of other problem areas. He came back the next day and completed the repairs. While he was on the roof he noticed a potential problem with the chimney. Gave us a quote for the chimney.

The gutters had been greatly neglected; the chimney that was capped was very tall and not easily accessible. A great bargain.

The woman who answered the phone in the office was very nice, friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The individual who came to my house was incredibly rude. He was very late, he claimed to be sick and at one point actually went into his car and put his head down on the wheel to rest. I haven't had any problems with the work he did, but I would never call them again due to the rude way he treated me in answering questions. He clearly did not want to be working on a Saturday morning. At one point he told me that he couldn't answer my questions because he didn't live in my house. He told me the only way to determine if his work was sufficient was to wait and see if my basement flooded. I was very disappointed and have never had such an unprofessinal worker at my house. Please note, my scores below related to professionalism and punctuality are meant solely for the individual who did the work, not the people who took my initial call.

I was very impressed with the quality and speed of the work as well as the friendliness and honesty of the staff. I will undoubtedly use their services again for any project I can. I did have to follow up my initial voice mail with a telephone call and I did not receive a call when the crew was on the way but they arrived when expected so it made little difference.

We have used this company for three years to care for our gutters and chimney. Now, they have merged with another company and they also do roof repairs and installs. Ken and Morriah are our main contacts. Each of the times they have come, they have been punctual, thoughtful and thorough. They always check the whole system, but only perform the work requested. They inform me what additional repairs need to be done to maintain our gutter system, chimney and roof. We would highly recommend this company.

I called on Christmas Eve (a Saturday), they said they could come out the following week, and they did. This was during a time when everyone was really busy with gutter work due to the weather. They did a great job. They were able to salvage many of the original pieces that fell off the house, so all we had to pay for was the actual gutter & installation.

PROMPT, FRIENDLY SERVICE. WORK WAS DONE IN AN EFFICIENT MANNER.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. KEN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, DIDN'T DO ANY UNNEEDED DOWNSPOUT REPAIRS (CLEANING WAS ALL THAT WAS NEEDED), AND I THINK THAT NAILING IN ALL THE GUTTERS AGAIN WAS BASICALLY AN EXTRA. QUICK RESPONSE TO THE SERVICE CALL.

ONCE CONTACT WAS MADE WITH OFFICE, COMPANY ALLEVIATED THE PROBLEM TO BE FIXED WITHIN THE HOUR LITERALLY. MEN WERE COURTEOUS. DIDN'T GO FOR PRICE QUOTES BUT WHAT I PAID SEEMED REASONABLE.

THE WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY AND IN A SATISFACTORY MANNER.

AFTER BEING FRUSTRATED DUE TO LACK OF RESPONSIVENESS FROM SOME OTHER COMPANIES (NOT MEMBERS OF THE LIST) IT WAS A PLEASURE TO FIND SOMEONE WHO WAS RESPONSIVE (PERFORMED THE WORK WITHIN 2 DAYS OF BEING CALLED), WERE ON TIME, POLITE AND REASONABLY PRICED.

THEY OFFERED REASONABLE PRICES. THEY WERE PLEASANT, ACCOMMODATING, AND OFFERED GOOD WORK.

BOTH OWNER & REPAIRMAN WERE COURTEOUS, PROMPT & EFFICIENT. I HAVE USED THEM PREVIOUSLY & WOULD CONTINUE TO, IF NEEDED. NICE WORK WITH FULL EXPLANATION OF WHAT WAS BEING DONE.

MORRIAH, THE OWNER, WAS EXCELLENT AT RETURNING PHONE CALLS. SHE ALSO DID A GREAT JOB SCHEDULING MY APPTS AND FINDING OUT THE COSTS FOR REPAIR VS. REPLACEMENT OF GUTTERS. WHEN MY GUTTERS WERE CLEANED, THERE WAS NO DEBRIS LEFT ON THE GROUND (UNLIKE WHEN ANOTHER CO. CLEANED THEM). HOWEVER, WHEN A GUTTER WAS REPLACED, THE OLD BRACKETS WERE LEFT SCATTERED ALL OVER MY DRIVEWAY.
