They did a good job and I would probably use them again. They were on time and did their work in a hurry. They were listed on Angie's List and I am satisfied with their service.

I could have used a phone call before arrival in order to greet them. It I did know to expect them late in the day but was on the third floor of the house when they arrived and it upset my wife as it was late in the day and they went right to work in order to save daylight.

Called and left a message Monday afternoon. Morriah, the owner, called back Tues morning. and came by Tues afternoon for an estimate. By Wednesday morning the job was done! Morriah and James did excellent workand the price was very fair. I would definitely recommend this company!!

I contacted the company on Saturday September 24. I was quoted a price of $ 85.00 plus tax to clean the gutters on my bungalow. I was informed that the work could be done on Tuesday September 27 at 9:00 AM. Promptly at 9:00 AM on the 27th the owner and an employee arrived and the work was completed to my satisfaction by 9:40 AM.

This was a great experience and the company did exactly what I asked them to do. They called me back in a timely manner, were very professional, and arrived and provided the work I asked for. I would use them again.

This company returned my phone call within an hour, gave me a sameday estimate, returned to complete work 2 days later. Work was well done. This is a professional company from top to bottom.

After calling the company and leaving a message about the type of work I needed, I was contacted later the same day to arrange for a home visit. They came out the next day and gave me a very reasonable estimated. The work was completed 4 days later to our complete satisfaction.

Overall, I was very pleased with them. I will definetely hire them again.

I had used her from years. First time she came and sprayed and there were some bricks near the chimney which had some problem. Then I called her again and she came again and sprayed and now it has only minimal damage now. This time she sprayed both for chimney and gutters as well. She was very timely. Her price was reasonable. I would rate her high overall. I would be using her again next year and hope there won’t be any problem with the gutters after that but now it is much than it was last year. Her workers took pictures after they had worked on the roofs and so I could see how my chimney looks like and I think that was very professional. She could show me what the problem is and she tried to do the best she could. So she and I are hoping that by spraying it next year the bricks would not have any problem as well as the gutters. She answers all my questions and she is very good about that. Her work is always good.

Needed gutters cleaned out - leaves remained from fall yet - great job, they were done in 20 minutes!

The man and his female helper were friendly and punctual. one elbow was rotted out. When we tried to explore it we found the elbow had been replaced by him. He evidently came back, replaced it and never charged for it.

Very well. I was very happy with the responsiveness from this company. I called Tuesday morning and Morriah returned my call within a few hours. Price sounded good to me, so I asked them to come out. They were here on Wednesday morning. She told me they would be out between 9:00-10:00a.m. and arrived at 9:20. When they completed flushing the gutters, Morriah noticed some dirt on the outside of the gutters and had them go back up to clean. Thought they were very professional and would use them again.

I called them this morning. They said they would be over between 12:00 and 2:00, showed up about 12:10 and did the work in less than a half hour. They do look like they know what they are doing.

I called and left a message explaining that we needed repair work done on our gutters. The next day they returned my call explaining that they had already come out and gave me me a price quote and a detailed explanation what work would be done. I waited 2 more days to get get an additional estimate. Gutter & Chimney Services of Lakewood was far cheaper than the other estimate.

I watched this company clean my neighbors gutters and was impressed. I waited late in the year to get this done but they were still able to accomodate me. I also had some old black mesh gutter protection stuff that was coming apart and they took out all of it. They are very responsive, efficient and did an excellent job cleaning up.

She did a very good job. She did have to come out a couple times to clean the cement residue from the chimney. She did this at no additional charge. I have a medium colored roof and this can sometimes happen.

My call was returned within two days and the gutters were cleaned the next day. I was asked to close the windows so no water would get inside. The work was done in 20 - 30 minutes. Because Gutter and Chimney Services of Lakewood installed the gutter screens, their annual flush out is $69.00 plus tax.

They arrived on time and got right to work. They were professional and fast. Added the downspout guards at no extra cost and even tucked back a stray piece of siding while they were on the roof. Everything was power washed before they left (gutter gunk on deck, siding, etc.). I will use them again next year.

I have screened gutters, and they work really well after they finished. They also found a hole in the ground and made me aware of that. They are very good, and their prices are excellent.

Phone rep said they do not work on older half-round gutters like we have on our home - said it was "not gutter work" and that any repairs would require welding, etc. which they apparently do not handle. Suggested we call the city to find other service provider suggestions. I guess I would have liked to have them at least come out to take a look first. I got the feeling they want to limit themselves to "easy" jobs.

I was very impressed with this company. They kept our appointment as scheduled. They immediately started to work by positioning the ladder against my house to look at the section of gutter that needed to be reattached. They returned the gutter to its location and secured it so that the section of the gutter will not pull away again. From there they cleaned all of my gutters. A very professional, efficient and friendly company. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Overall very professional. I have been using their service for years and its seems to have improved each time.

That went great overall. They made an appointment for a timely matter. They cleaned up very well after themselves. They were friendly and courteous.
