Gutter & Chimney Services of Lakewood

I have been using them for a number of years now and will continue to do so in the future. The work is always done as scheduled and they clean up after themselves when they have finished. To save yourself some money, they have in the past used coupons for members, definitely look for it.

I first called to have my gutter that was hanging loosely fixed and a corner of a lower gutter that was leaking fixed. They got back to me the same day and said they would be out the next time it was above freezing to take a look and get me an estimate. With the very cold winter this ended up being a month and half later and the gutter that was hanging loosely fell down, scaring the heck out of me and my neighbor, so I needed a new gutter. I received a call with an estimate of 250 for the gutter and 25 for the leaking one, and an explanation of the way they would install the gutter and they would call me when the weather allowed. They called me on a Friday before a warmup and said they would be out Monday or Tuesday and when I came home Tuesday I had a new gutter and the leak on the other seems to be stopped. The neighbor didn't complain to me so the work did not disturb them. The bill was put in my mailbox for me to mail in my payment and I am happy with my gutters working well with minimum effort from me.

It turned out well. I would recommend them. They were courteous. They got back to me right away. When the work was done I wasn’t even at home. They left me a receipt when it was done. They came out and cleaned the gutters between snowfalls. They had to wait for the snow to melt and then they came out within about 2 days afterwards. Everything was cleaned out and I was well satisfied. It was a big deal purchase. I spent an extra $30. I originally had a deal with another company and it was $79. It was a one person outfit or what the deal was but that gentleman never showed up, never called or communicated. I got back to Angie’s List and they refunded my $79. Then found another company that did the work for me for $109 so it cost me extra $30. Angie’s List contracted with another company for me for $109.

Firstly, they came out right away on Christmas Eve to help me with some items that were falling down. How wonderful was that! And then promptly came a couple of days later to clean the gutters, the first day it was above freezing again. I was called to let me know that they were coming, and I turned on the water so they would have access to flush gutters, all refuse was removed very cleanly. I am very happy with the service and will definitely use them again.

I called in morning left a message. Call was returned in about an hour. Scheduled a visit for latter that evening. They gave me a very reasonable price and did the work at that time.

When he gets time between jobs he will also sand, paint, and glaze my very old windows.

They arrived right on time and were very friendly, informative & neat about their work. They removed all the old gutter guards which were not serving their purpose anymore. They cleared all the leaves and debris off the roof and cleaned out piles of composted old leaves out of the gutters. The gutters were about 75-80% clogged. Now they're are clean and will work properly when it rains for carrying the water away from the house. All the old gutter guards were picked up & driveway blown off. I would definitely recommend and use Gutter & Chimney Services of Lakewood again.

This went fine. The workers showed up on time. My gutters were pretty bad and they got them all cleaned out. They sent a lady and two men and got it done in a short period of time. This was the best price I got compared to 2 other estimates. I saw a drain leaking towards my basement and once they did the work, the problem was fixed. Getting a hold of them was very easy and we were able to get a time set up quickly. They even called me on the way letting me know they were going to be a little late. I was satisfied with their price, promptness, quality and professionalism. I can see the drains from a window and could see how clean they really were.

They are tremendous. They are definitely 10 out of 10. Their pricing is very reasonable. I purchased my gutter guards from them and they installed it. I have been using them for a couple of years. They are just wonderful to deal with in scheduling and quality of work.

Gutter & Chimney Services of Lakewood were very prompt in returning my phone call, and they were very quick getting the appointment scheduled. They arrived on the day of the job precisely at the time they said they would. The workers were pleasant; they did a thorough job and were very clean, carting all debris off my property.

Everything worked out great. Since the work has been done, I have not had any issues. They are reasonably priced and they do quality work. I purchased the guards from them and they are just screens, which works very well. They always show up on time and I am satisfied with their work.

Came while I was away- so I cannot say much about punctuality, but they were responsive to my initial call and a second call that I made about some questions that I had In addition to the Angie's big deal there was a $25 fee for having gutter covers They did a good job but for the size of my house I may try to get a better deal next time

We have a very large historical home in Cleveland Heights with 3rd floor gutters. A 40 ft ladder wouldn't even come close to reaching the gutters on our 3rd floor. Our old gutter cleaner wanted $500+ to clean our gutters which we thought was pretty pricey. I started calling around and called Gutter & Chimney Services of Lakewood and much to my surprise, they were the company that serviced our house before we bought it. Since they had the old records, there was no need to come and do an estimate. The charge was $275 which included the garage. I called on a Tuesday and they were here within a week. It took a couple of hours with three guys but they were fast, efficient, and I could completely tell the difference by looking out the third floor windows and seeing how clean the gutters were. I also noticed a huge difference with the next severe rainstorm as the gutters were no longer overflowing. We will continue to use this company and have already referred them to several friends.

Courteous, prompt and professional! What else can you ask for? I highly recommend them.

I called Morriah and asked for an estimate to replace a damage fascia board on the front of the house. She came out to look at it when I was not home and called the following Monday with an estimate. She explained that it would be a more expensive job to replace both boards at that corner and the area could develop a leak. She suggested filling in the damaged area with a filler compound instead. They came out 2 days later, filled the hole, smoothed the area and painted it and it looks great.

They worked very quickly and efficiently. Gave information as to if we should have the caps into the downspouts. They removed debris and then flushed the gutters and downspouts. Glad they could do the work as I was not going to get up on our high roof! Margaret Barr

They showed up on the scheduled day and did a nice job cleaning the gutters. They also left a quote for replacing the damaged gutter on the back of the house. The quote was reasonable, so I had them return to replace the gutter. The next day I noticed the gutter was hanging at a strong pitch, so I called to ask if they could straighten it. Ten minutes later they showed up to fix it. They were very courteous and professional about adjusting the pitch to my liking. I will definitely have them come back to clean the gutters next year.

They came at the agreed time and gave an estimate prior to do the work. They gave a discount for Angies membership. Once authorized they did the job approx. 45 min.
