This company is awesome. They were able to come over to my house the day I called to give me a quote, and they walked around the property with me to show me some other things that I hadn't noticed. They genuinely wanted to be helpful, and were very fairly priced for what they did! They were very professional, and showed up within the timeslot they provided. Definitely using them again!

Fantastic! We just moved into our new home, and this was the easiest, best contractor experience we've had! Morriah and her crew were prompt, efficient, thorough and incredibly nice. We had several clogged gutters and they did not stop until every gutter was flowing properly. What a relief! We also had other contractors on site and they were very considerate not to get their equipment wet. And how they hopped from roof to roof was amazing. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend. We will defiinitely have them back on a regular basis. THANK YOU!

Morriah and her crew were prompt, effecient and thorough. When the new downspout did not perform as well as it should have, Morriah responded to my email reporting the problem by calling me within an hour, and returning the next day to diagnose and rectify the issue. The most amazing thing was their kindness. I have MS and have mobility problems. They had begun to pull out of the driveway as I started picking up a discarded downspout extension to put it in a trashcan. They backed into the driveway to help me with it!! So very kind and unexpected and appreciated!

There were three employees that came out, it was a very quick visit 15 minutes. They were a couple clogs in the gutter that they cleaned out. I have been very happy with them, they seem very good. They are very prompt and responding to my call. They schedule the appointment and they come out to do good work at a reasonable price. I was having some trouble getting someone else out here but not the case with this company. They really know what they are doing. They are very pleasant to deal with.

Gutter and Chimney contacted me to set a date and approximate time after I had bought the service special on Angie's list. They came on the day, within the time frame as promised. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and left their flier in the mailbox. I have used other gutter cleaning services and have been less than satisfied. Gutter and Chimney Services of Lakewood rocks!

I am actually in the process of finishing that because the service that they provided was just really good, but then they turned around and charged me additional $75 and I am not sure why they did that. I understand that my house was bigger than what was in the big deal but when I reviewed it, it was supposed to be $15 and they ended up charging $75, so I have to talk to them but I have not gotten to that yet. The job was really good and I was actually really happy about what they did. They cleaned the gutters very well and they actually did not leave any debris on the floor which the previous provider actually did several times. The work itself was very good but it is hard to grade them overall without them resolving the billing issue. I mean, if they are not willing to take back the $75, I will give them a 'B' grade overall but if they adjust that and say that the person who came to the house did not know about that or something like that then that is not a big problem, but it really depends on that.

The work went fast, they cleaned up the debris, and the downspouts are working effectively.

The service was fine. There were no additional charges to the Big Deal. They really did not have to do much because I had the gutters cleaned before. I just wanted to make sure that the gutters were securely attached to the house because I had some problems this winter. I liked everything. I do not have any dislikes. I had no issues since the service. My reasons for recommending them would be that they are professional and very pleasant people to work with.

They arrived in a thunderstorm, but worked and completed their job. Very little interaction. They came, they worked, and then they left. I found a lot of roofing nails all over my back patio, but no indication that I should be concerned. Maybe the fell from someone's pocket?

It went fine. I wasn't even home. They came in, they did the job and they left. The services were good. The work was good.

Perfect in every way

It worked out well. Never confirmed appointment, was not there when work was being done. Were, however, reasonable in accommodating the gutter cleaning.

.they arrived promptly as planned, got started right away and told me what they were doing. They cleaned the house gutters and hosed them out. They cleaned the garage gutters for an extra cost. Some of the house gutters had covers. They then inspected my chimney and gave me a quote on tuck-pointing and adding a screen to keep birds out. They completed the work in one hour. Both were courteous and professional

Good Service, did their job very fast! They forgot to put the gutter panel back, and they came back another day to re-clean and put it back.

It went great. They were early, they took care of business, were very professional and friendly, and were on their way. I had them clean my gutters 2 years ago and had contacted them last fall but had to reschedule. Then it snowed and didn't stop. I will continue to use them.

Arrived as sheduled in the appointment. Left the bill in the mailbox, pretty much trouble free.

Gutter & Chimney did a very nice job on cleaning my gutter. Their communication is very efficient. I ordered the service online, just one phone call to setup the time and during that phone call I mentioned the drainage may be clogged. Then they shown up as scheduled and cleaned getter and fixed clogged drainage, which has been clogged for several years and not fixed by any other services I ordered before. I would recommend them, for sure!

They did a good job. I was really happy with the work. I thought it was reasonably priced and I would use them again.

I called in advance, late September, and they put me on the schedule. They said depending on the weather they may not be able to do it. Turns out it snowed and they were unable to do the worth that day. We rescheduled and they came at a later date. Also, they put filters at the end of the downspouts free of charge. Overall, really responsive and helpful company.
