After purchasing a "big deal," the owner of the company called (same day, I believe) to schedule the cleaning, which was only a few days out from when I booked it. She then supervised the job, and worked with me on scheduling a follow-up session to clean gutters on garage. Very pleased with the customer service and the overall job.

The crew was on time and professional. They provided a thorough cleaning job on my gutters and downspouts. I will definitely use them again

This company is excellent. I was in the market for new gutters but after the painless and prompt estimate, Mariah explained that it was unneeded and her company could fix all my gutter leaking problems. She was very nice, very helpful and extremely knowledgable. So I had them do the work. They were prompt and did a good job. They left no messes. I will surely call them next year to clean my gutters.

It went rather well. I was nerved when I received the call that they were there at 0900 when the appointment was for 1300-1500. But they came back at 1430 to clean them. Overall they were both friendly and professional.

Two people came to do this and it took about a half an hour. They were on time and left the area clean. I would recommend to family and friends.

We had just moved in to our house, a large duplex, and wanted to take care of the gutters (which we believe had been causing water to accumulate in our basements) promptly. We bought the deal featured on Angie's List, and were contacted and scheduled right away. Our house was larger than the deal's parameters, and we were charged an extra $25 (less than what we were expecting). The crew came exactly when specified and took care of our gutters promptly and professionally. They informed us of a leak in the gutters, quoted a price to fix it (which was quite reasonable) but also said that it would be a quick and easy fix to do ourselves. We were very happy to have had this taken care of so quickly, given the weather this summer, and we will definitely call again!

The Gutter and Chimney Services team was extremely responsive when we contacted them to get an estimate for cleaning our gutters. We scheduled a time for them to come out and give us a quote. Since all of the work was being done on the outside of the house, we didn't even have to be home for the quote. They arrived on time (I know as they called when they arrived), provided the quote over the phone and, to my surprise, offered to complete the gutter cleaning and a downspout replacement while they were there. Everything was done, cleaned up and the invoice was left in our mailbox before we even got home from work. We will definitely be using the Gutter and Chimney Services team again.

Cleaning of gutters went very well. I have a three storey house and the cleaning appeared to present no problems. The repairs/replacement of old and damaged gutters & downspouts was carefully done. A three-person crew handled the job--the team was easy to work with. After the job was done, cleanup was thorough, I didn't find any debris and they were especially careful of the garden--didn't crush any flowers or bushes.

I bought this service for my son. Everything went well and he was very pleased.

Do's & Don'ts - Read the reviews & check with the BBB search that Angie's List provides before making your choice. I have lived for a few years with an annoying gutter that would overflow each time it rained and turned into an ice jam with the freeze/thaw cycles of winter. Finally I decided to get it fixed. Angie's List to the rescue! After reading many reviews on other companies I chose GUTTER & CHIMNEY SERVICES of LAKEWOOD. One call did it all! I spoke with the business owner who, it turned out is a woman; and yes she really knows her business! We made an appointment for the following morning, They came between the times that were given and after courteous introductions went right to work. Her workers spotted the problem right way and were able to clean out the clog and had it running freely in no time. They cleaned up the debris from the gutter and took it with them. I was charged only for the service call of $69.00. The owner was very knowledgeable and pointed out a few places where the configuration of the downspout may cause problems in the future. I think they should offer before and after pictures to show as I do not have ladder to go up and check their work.

I will go with a closer company to do the job, but will definitely consider them in the future for some rental property.
