Found the listing on Angies List, called and waited for a return phone call. They were the first ones to call back, some didn't even bother to return my phone call. I gave here the details of the problem, broken down spout. She went out the next day, priced the job and gave me a very reasonable price. They showed up on the day they said they would and did the job quickly without any drama. I would recommend them to anyone!

Responsive to emails. Came when they said they would come. No surprises with pricing. Left surroundings clean.

Friendly and courteous. Ran water through gutters to ensure they were clean (had a service "clean" the gutters last year, but they didn't remove the sludge, only the leaves). We've had a few thunderstorms since the recent clean and all is working well.

I left Morriah a voicemail, which she returned the next day, and she came out within a day to provide an estimate. They did a very good job on the installation and the new gutters look great. There was one gutter miter on a corner that needed to be resealed due to some water leakage after installation. They came back out to slightly re-slope the gutter and resealed the corner, which fixed the issue. Overall, great service, pricing, and craftsmanship. I will definitely give them a call back for future needs.

The company returned my call immediately and came out to do a free estimate while I was at work. She called back with the information and came out a few days later to install the gutter shields, also during a time when I was at work. She left the bill in the mailbox and I mailed it to her. It was extremely easy and I did not need to rearrange my schedule to be there for the work. She also did not charge extra to clean out my patio roof/gutter. I was very pleased with the experience and the cost. I'd hired the company once before to clean my gutters and was also very pleased with my experience that time.

I was pleased with their thoroughness and attention to detail in clearing out all the gutters. The garage gutter was clogged with soil, leaves and acorns so they dug it out at the top and bottom to clear it. I especially appreciated that they flushed all the gutters to make sure they were draining well before they left. I would definitely use them again and even recommended them to my son who also needs gutter cleaning.

I called my normal service people and they couldn't fit me in even when I explained our situation. I called Angie's List and the representative was able to get me a contact information and even called the SP to see if they could come. Unfortunately they advised him that they were booked until 7/1. After getting off the phone, they ended up contacting me and coming out within 15 minutes. Turns out the gutters were completely full. I have an appointment with them to get the rest of the work taken care of. They understood that this was a serious problem and they were willing to work around their schedule to fit me in.

Moriah was excellent to work with. She is on the job site with her crew and came on time, did a great job, cleaned up and had a very pleasant demeanor. Would work with her again in the future and would highly recommend her company to you if this is the kind of service you are looking for.

Very responsive in scheduling appointment and showed up when they scheduled. Gutters are performing significantly better since their cleaning and subsequently had them add gutter guards for approx $300 (house is approx 2,100 square feet). We plan to use them again in the future.

I found this provided to be very responsive to my request for service. From the initial call to the service being performed was a very short time period. All of my requests were completed efficiently. Moriah stayed on the job to ensure proper performance. They arrived--went straight to work and the job was completed quickly. They ensured that the debris from the gutters did not go down the down spouts. I am very satisfied with this provided and will definitely use them again.

They always do a job, I like when they flush the gutters. They do use an Po Box which I don't like but the service is good.

They were great! I had originally agreed to a cleaning of 2500sq feet but she let me change it to 5000 sq feet of cleaning even after I had made the appointment. She was wonderful, very prompt and professional.

Great! I called this company way too late in the season yet they still arrived to clean my gutters on the same day. The woman on the phone told me that they would arrive in about an hour and a half. Then they arrived exactly on time. They worked fast and completed the job in about an hour. I'm very happy with their work quality and how clean they left my yard afterwards. They joked that is was a good thing that I called because my gutters were "normal", a term for "full." I'm very pleased with their ability to show up so quickly, especially with the winter weather on the way. As a side note, I had called this late in the season because I recently had a bad experience with another company that was running an Angie's List deal. After a number of scheduling issues beginning two months ago, I asked for a refund and opted for another company. Gutter and Chimney Services of Lakewood really helped me out when I thought it was too late in the season to get the job done. The service was well worth the money.

When we moved in, we realized the previous owners never cleaned their gutters. It was so bad, sprouts were showing. The receptionist was polite. She mentioned they had a coupon offer in Angie's list, which we gladly bought. No mess whatsoever. All they need was access to an outdoor water spout. We were at work when they were here so they left the receipt in the mailbox. No more little plants in the gutter! We would use their services again.
