We are a fast growing gutter cleaning business in Lakewood, providing services for some of Cuyahoga, Medina, and Lorain counties due to taking care of customer needs and wants. Here at Gutter & Chimney Services of Lakewood, we take pride on every job big or small with you the customer in mind. Our gutter cleaning process consists of removing all debris from gutter systems by hand and placed in buckets, bagged and removed. We then flush the gutter system with water checking for leaks and/or backups. Once completed we take away all debris and thoroughly clean the grounds. In addition to cleaning, we repair gutters and install gutters using a heavy gauge seamless aluminum with a wide variety of colors. We also install stainless steel chimney caps for any size chimney that carry a lifetime warranty on the product and the installation. Senior Discount: Ask for details. What a great group of people! They were quick to get started and explained what the process was and any concerns. They pointed out a missing down spout in the back of my home which is causing leaking onto our deck steps. This causes dangerous icing on the steps in the winter. They are coming back out to replace the down spout and this will hopefully remedy that issue. I will definitely be using this service team again. What a great piece of mind for the price. Quick, efficient, affordable and friendly. WIN, WIN!!

It went great! I purchased a special from them to have the gutters on my rental house cleaned, and I scheduled the appointment online. I also asked them about doing my garage, too. They provided me with a quote right away, it was very reasonable as well. They came out on the first date I requested, the gutters are clear, and there was absolutely no trash or other debris left behind. I am extremely happy with their service.

I called for a quote, the price was better than a previous provider who also tried up upsell me. I scheduled an appointment. They came, they cleaned, they left an invoice. There was no debris left around the house, and I did get on the roof to check the quality of the work, which was 100% to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them again.

Returned initial call promptly to understand what I wanted done. Called back later that afternoon with a quote for gutter cleaning and to schedule service. Team arrived on time, did a great job and cleaned up all the debris from the gutters. I talked to Morriah about installing gutter screens since we're in a wooded area. She told me about the product they carried, but said they'd also install screens/guarnds if I purchased on my own. Discussed the maintenance requirements with the gutter screens. Overall, couldn't be happier with the responsiveness and professionalism.

Description of Work: They came to the house; took out their ladders and had buckets to collect the debris in my gutters. Cleaned out all gutters that were being clogged. Followed it up with a check by running water through them. It was nice because not long after they left, we had a storm with heavy rain. For the first time in a long time, I heard the water going through the gutters and down the spout rather than pouring over. They did a great job. Thorough, fast. I saved their number for the next time. Note, the amount I spent was via an Angie's List Deal. I'm sure it's more than what I paid normally--and that is only fair. You figure they have to drive out to your house, the time it takes to assemble the ladders and then drive back. Plus a business has overhead, so I feel like it was such a fair deal

they did a thorough cleaning. I had so much gunk in there. then they hosed it down. they found two holes in my roof along the gutters, pictures were taken to show me. they also took pictures of the job they had done. I was really impressed. I recommend them and would use them again.

It was acceptable, but I was not overly impressed.
Description of Work: They washed out my gutters, but didn't take off all of the gutter covers. They only removed some of the covers, and thus only removed some of the leave, etc. that were in the gutters.

Our gutter cleaning practice is quite professional, as far as homes with gutter guards we do try to remove a few guards and flush the debris to that open area to catch and place in a bucket, that has and will always be our practice. Although if you actually saw leftover debris in your gutter system we should have been contacted because we do guarantee our work and would've rectified it free of charge. We want our customers completely satisfied and they mainly are as you can see from all the great reviews we receive. It worked out fine although it took longer than expected because we had a lot of flooding around here lately. They came out after some massive rainfall and some flooding in the area so they were more booked than usual. There were no additional charges. They did fine. Once we had the appointment, they showed up on the day they said they would. They were quite professional.
