About us

Well established Piano repair, refinishing, tuner, mover, and sales for the past 30 years in the Cleveland area. We service all makes and models of pianos of any size. We charge an hourly rate of $125.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour for one person as of 8/5/08. Where more than one person is required for services such as piano moving and other work, that is billed at $250/hr. There are no additional travel charges. No extra charge for after hours service. May contact through e-mail or telephone (Preferred), 216-226-3791. Charges are billed at a one hour minimum and 15 minute increments added for times over the first hour.

Description of Work: Excellent assessment of the piano. Got it tuned as perfectly as he could. Piano is old and needs a few things to fine tune it. However, I am looking to sell and he was able to give me an appraisal. I paid additional for that in the final cost. I highly recommend George for this service!

Some will always hedge on price for one reason or another but I strive to provide quality work at a fair price and am, in fact, lower priced than many of my competitors. Description of Work: For some reason I thought I had already done this review since I was sooo impressed with their work. They moved a piano from the 1st floor living room of my home, to a near-by storage facility. It went GREAT!! They were more than accommodating!! | |5/28/15 7:25pm I rec'd an email with phone numbers for me to call to set up an appointment. I called & spoke to Greg. They made arrangements to be here at my home tomorrow around 1:30pm to move the piano. |5/29/15 Greg arrived at 1:34 pm and moved the piano to storage. When I saw the way that he and his crew evaluated the route and loaded the piano on the dolly, I knew I was dealing with professionals. The one turn I was concerned about was handled with ease due to the way that the piano was mounted and moved. |
