 + -1 moreHe is very upfront. I wanted to dye the carpeting and he told me that he did not think that I would be happy with it. He came in and cleaned the carpeting and I did not have the carpet dyed because I trusted him because he has been here before. He is punctual, but sometimes difficult to get hold of on the phone and I left him more than 2 messages. I understand that he is a very busy man and has a family and runs a business, but he is a little relaxed on returning phone calls. The price on the last work he did was very reasonable and I was surprised that he did not change more. He wasn?t able to dye the carpet, which would have been more money for him and he just came in and cleaned. I don?t I spent even a $100 on that last job. He is a hard worker, does a good job and tries to please you, and is just a very nice person.
Description of Work: I used Excell Carpet Care and he came in and cleaned the carpeting.

 + -1 moreI had him do the carpeting, he said brown does not come out. He was very professional, went right to work, didn?t stand around talking. I will call them again to see what they have to say.
