Description of Work: Paid to repair I-Pad screen but the wifi no longer worked afterwards and it was fine before. They were unresponsive to requests to fix it.

+ -1 moreThe first graphics card (refurbished one) he installed did not work well with my computer 6 1/2 year old desktop, so he installed a much more expensive new one with no additional charge. Burt (the owner) was not available when one of his employees called and said the computer was ready to pick up. After I got it home, I was still having issues so I called Burt and he told me to bring it back in. Had he been there, he would have tested it first before he released it. It was then he installed the new graphics card. There was still a minor glitch with some software that I was able to correct myself with a download. All in all, he was very professional. His hours were also very good.
Description of Work: My graphics/video card had burned out. Burt had replaced it, reinstalled my operating system with the updates, fixed a problem I had with downloading, and removed a security software that was not operating well on my computer and installed free security/malware protection.
