This is the 3rd time we have used European Handyman (Dietmar) over the past year and a half. Dietmar is an outstanding, courteous, punctual, polite and hard working, high quality handyman (and overall nice person). He arrived (5.13/14) at 8:45 am and worked straight through from 9am until 6pm. The quality of his work is OUTSTANDING. The only break he took the entire day was to assist me in returning some moldings that were not correct ( I made the purchase prior to his date of service) for the job. We plan on further re-modeling jobs over the next several months and have already made plans to utilize European Handyman's services. He was punctual, quiet and neat. He got right to work after explaining what he was going to do. He was efficient and very personable. We couldn't be happier with his work. We highly recommend him and will be using him again.

Deitmar arrived on time after a timely call to arrange services and came out on short notice. Went to work immediately after showing him what I needed done, Removed 2 bedroom doors and 3 closet doors and all floor and door molding. His wife Anne came along with him to clean up and help him carry material out... they make a wonderful team!! I was so happy to hear they were going to drop off my doors at "Habitat for Humanity", I find that awesome for these items to be re-used!! I was so impressed with his services that I sent him home with another project to do off site and return to me within 2 weeks.. I will DEFINATELY use his services AGAIN !! Best $$ spent!

He was very creative on how to fix it. He did a really good job. He was thoughtful about the problem on how to figure it out. It wasn't an easy job so he spent a lot of time and he discussed with my husband. He gave a lot of options and he was a careful worker. He was very pleasant.

Dietmar always does excellent, exacting work. He works fast, efficiently and doesn't waste any time. Most of the time he doesn't even take a lunch break, just eats as he works. He is great at communicating--he always asks if I would like something done one way or another way, or asks my preference while he is working on the project, before he proceeds. This means a lot as I've had many a contractor who assumes what you want rather than asking, and then you end up with something other than what you expected. He even asked if it was OK to use some towels by the laundry tub to clean something up. He is also great at solving problems and unexpected issues that come up, as they invariably do. He will suggest solutions or figure out ways to do things when they don't go as expected. He can do it all, from small handyman projects to bathroom remodels. I've had him do a number of projects at my house over several years, from small to large, and they have always turned out well. The half-bath walls look really nice with the new plastic beadboard paneling. He even remembered to measure where my towel bar and toilet paper holder go so he could reinstall them when finished.

The project was done quickly and completely.

Came out on short notice, on time, high quality work at a reasonable price. Looks like the cabinet was designed that way.

It was very difficult trying to get in touch and make arrangements to have work done. We played phone tag for several weeks and I finally just gave up because I was trying to get my house ready for sale and was very busy.

The European Handyman was prompt and courteous. He arrived on time and gave me an estimate for the work. He finished the work in a timely manner, and the results were excellent. I was very happy with the work and also had him complete a few other projects at a very reasonable price. In addition to outstanding work, he also made suggestions for other home improvements. I will definitely use him again and refer him to others.

The rain barrel was fixed inventively and the device still works. Everything was professional. I would use the European Handyman again without hesitation.

This is not the first work Deitmar has done at my home, and it certainly won't be the last. Since the initial work he performed (installed lights in a walk-in closet), he has been 100% professional. ALL of his work is as close to perfection as you can get. He does not make a mess, and if there is any dirt or dust he thoroughly cleans up. He does not come to your house to socialize. He arrives, and then he gets to work. He does not waste your money or time.

Dietmar is just fantastic -- incredibly knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, pleasant. His rates are more than reasonable. I only hesitate to say too many good things about him, because then he may get too busy...! He is definitely my new go-to guy for all types of handyman jobs.

I bought a prepaid angie list offer. Hehas NEVER done any work for me. He either never had time or did not do the handyman service job I wanted. He still has my money and I have received NO work from him
