The caulking around the kitchen sink is not right. The stairway walls needed to be sanded and painted, but he just slapped some filler on them. The father usually does good work. We have used him in the past and he's excellent.

Dietmar is a grade A true tradesman. He is one of the only guys I recommend to friends and family. You can leave him in the house alone and trust him around your kids. An overall great human!

He was very easy to work with. Had good suggestions. I got a coupon from Angie's list ( I believe it was for three hours of work) and my idea was to use to hang the French doors and if time allowed to do the molding. I was not sure if the door would would without a railing system (which I did not want). He tried a lot and explained what was involved. After the molding, there was still a half hour left and he asked if there was something else to do which I did not have. This proved to me that he is very responsible. I felt very happy with his work and advice. And yes, I will use his services again.

Mr. Senft was punctual and friendly. His work was meticulous. He carefully hung three paintings and a metal sculpture, which required drilling holes into the wall. The price was good for the amount of time spent. Everything looks great! I will definitely call European Handyman for this kind of work again!

Dietmar is the people of our grandparents generation! He shows up on time/is polite and trustworthy/never changes his rates at the last minute/go the extra mile. In a full blown remodel I've dealt with a lot of "contractors," Dietmar is one of the only three people I would recommend to my own family members and friends. I made him a whole list now and plan on having him back many times!

Best caulk job ever. We need to buy some supplies first in order for other work to be done. He is very professional and the quality of work is top notch. We do not know enough about rating his prices because we don't have anyone else to compare his prices to.

Very professional. Even took the old microwave to the tree lawn for us. Kept work space very tidy, was efficient and punctual. My husband works from home, and he was great about getting the work completed with minimal interruption. We already have him scheduled to do additional work on our home.

The provider was very professional. He called the day before to confirm the date and time of the appointment and came on time. It turned out that the construction folks had not installed a ceiling vent properly, which is why it was falling, He fixed it and it has been fine since.

He did everything I needed perfectly. There is nothing I could say negative about this gentleman. He was cheerful and confident and I just appreciate him. I will be using him in the future and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dietmar lives up to his premier Angie's list status. He easily freed a pocket door that nobody else was able to move and he quickly fixed some broken trim on my front door. Good work, nice guy, fair price. Can't go wrong.

Dietmar is amazing! Pleasant, competent and 100% reliable! He is often busy, but I have learned that he is worth waiting for. He has performed work for us in the past, and I recently gave him a list of about 20 things that needed repairing in the house. He got everything done in about a week. Some of the tasks that he completed I was amazed that he was able to complete them alone (including reframing and re-hanging garage doors that each weigh about 200 lbs where the frame had rotted). Everything was done perfectly. I highly recommend him.

Dietmar's work is very meticulous and of high quality. He arrived promptly each day of work, kept in touch regarding any delays or changes in schedule, explained plan for all work, made appropriate recommendations. He recognized areas requiring repair of walls that we had not included in our list of work (because we had overlooked them) and fixed all. He was very patient with difficulty of matching paint for bedroom walls. Recognized limits of skills (sanding and refinishing front exterior door according to condo specifications) and declined to perform work if he felt he could not do it 100% correctly. Made good suggestions for materials and methods for repairs. We felt very confident of his ability to perform the work well. He was extremely considerate in protecting all work areas and cleaning up each day and at the end of the project. We had no concerns in leaving him alone to work in the house when we had to be away during his work hours. He responded promptly to our messages via Angie's List and via phone. Highly courteous and professional.

It took a long time for him to correct the 3 door knobs; he did not know how to fix the two doors that would not stay open. He spent over half an hour taping the surrounding area of the sliding glass door only to realize that he still would not be able to paint the edges without removing the screen door...at that point I told him to just forget the painting. Subsequently I had a painter in to paint the kitchen and he painted the edge of the screen door in 10 minutes without any taping. So I would not recommend this handyman to do painting. He did a good job hanging up the decorative rug, so the best I can say is there are things that he can do well and others that he can't. I would recommend to find out in advance what specific items he knows how to do before telling him the work u have. He is quite expensive and I wouldn't use him again.

He said he would take a look at the door and come back later if it required more time but he was able to do the work in less than an hour. Nice work!

Deitmar is the best handyman we have ever hired. Removing and installing 5 interior doors was quite a job and time consuming. He did a great job with the installation , they look great and work well. He worked straight through with only a short break for lunch. He cleaned up the area outside and inside. It was satisfactory. He was excellent, pleasant, did excellent work and he was very, very good. We had another estimate and he was lower. I would call him again.

I had caulking done around my tub. During my initial discussion with Dietmar, he advised me on the preference of having the old caulk dry for 2 days before removal. I followed his suggestion and had dry caulk when he arrived. He arrived with all the required tools and caulking. My tiles and caulking were installed in 1973. So Dietmar appraised the situation and treated my bathroom as he would his own. He not only went around my tub, he removed old and applied new up 2 corners of my tiled walls to the ceiling. He applied caulking to the outside ends of my tub/tiles to the floor. He applied caulking across the outside floor strip of my tub. He even applied clear caulking around my faucet and hot/cold water knobs. He noticed some tiles where caulking was starting to dissolve or had dissolved. So he applied caulking there too. He suggested I contact a tile man because some tiles were showing signs of becoming loose. He has great reviews on Angie's List and it's easy to see why. He didn't just come in and do what I called him for; he saw the complete situation and took action on it. He has a very comforting way about himself and it doesn't feel like there's a stranger in your house. I will definitely be calling him again and I told him so as he was leaving.
