Description of Work: The first time I contacted the provider, It took maybe three calls and voicemails to try and schedule an estimate for work to be done. Never heard from him after a bit of phone tag. But, he did leave me a message and said he would call me back to sched. an appt. but never did. I let him go and found another provider. Since I saw he did good work I figured I would try him again. I Finally got him and set up an appt. for an estimate. He came out we went over the job and he said he would call me or email with an estimate and I never heard back from him. I have no idea other than the good responses from others of his work which is why I chose to contact him in the first place. However, because of the non call back I would not call him again regardless of how good his work might be unfortunately.

Description of Work: Dietmar is a true professional and does A++ work. Very trustworthy and reliable. Unfortunately he has now priced himself out of my hourly price range. But I would recommend him to ANYONE.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for handyman services. He completed all sorts of repair work especially in the bathroom between the shower, sink, and cabinets. I did pay for two additional hours of work and he was there for a total of four hours. Everything worked out fine.

Description of Work: Deitmar installed a hand rail for my basement stairs and caulk my shower area in the master bathroom and fixed my kitchen cupboard doors and self closing drawers. He was wonderful. Very meticulous, prompt, professional and very courteous. I will be having him return to do other jobs. I believe him to be extremely honest and fair.

Description of Work: The gentleman came out and did everything I asked promptly and professionally. I wasn't aware of all he could do. I plan to have him come back and do some other odd jobs.

Description of Work: At this point I have spent 3 weeks attempting to contact the European Handyman by email and phone. As of this date I have not received a response. I would seek a refund for the Big Deal I purchased in hope of utilizing his services

Description of Work: Replacement of closet door. He picked the door up from Home Dept which for me is huge. No way could Imhave managed that. Installation required additional materials which he fabricated from old wood I had in the basement. The finished project looks absolutely wonderful.

Description of Work: We learned about Dietmar through one of the Angie's List specials: 3 hours for $120. The work he did for us involved two jobs: repairing a kitchen cabinet door that had fallen off its hinges, and repairing the plaster on two areas of wall that had sustained water damage. He had to come to our home three times because the fresh plaster had to dry between applications and for sanding. It took a little while to schedule his visits, because he had been inundated with requests as a result of the special promotion, but his work was first rate. He is a perfectionist, and is very professional and polite. I would recommend him highly. In fact, we have arranged for him now to do some additional repairs on a sink.
