Description of Work: I asked him to fix the violations to my home that were listed by the city. I showed him the list and he gave me a price. He was courteous, prompt and did work neatly and with quality, except he didn't fix one thing on the list and said that he couldn't when he was showing me what he did do. He told me that he had previously told me that he would only fix certain items on the list, but I had no recollection. He didn't tell me this in writing before he started. I paid him promptly and let that issue go. I asked if he would scrape and paint my side door. He said yes, he would send an estimate, but his body language told me that he was unwilling. He never sent the estimate and I didn't try to contact him again.

Description of Work: Dietmar did repairs in two sections of front porch where wood panels had been damaged by a leak. Dietmar always does good work and can be trusted with anything. Handymen are expensive, however!

Description of Work: Dietmar moved my kitchen cabinet up on the wall to accomodate a new fridge. He also converted two outlets to GCFI outlets. He was on time and was very professional. He came on a Saturday to accomodate my schedule. He took care to protect my kitchen floor and cleaned up before he left.
