Excellent. Dietmar tacked back up the loose siding, and reinforced things around it. The next day we had such strong wind that the power went out twice. I inspected the siding after the windstorm, and Dietmar's repairs had held well. He did a good job.

I had a good experience with them. It took a good 2 hours. The price was fine. I got a good amount for my money. They came out and did emergency work. They didn't have enough time to do it all. They came out especially to put in a hand rail for my husband. We had just come home from the hospital. They are very very good.

He responded quickly; weather interfered with scheduling the actual work. He arrived earlier than I had expected on the day of the work, but that worked out well for us. He started his work promptly, worked steadily, finished up in a little over an hour. Cleaned up the area when done.

Dietmar is the best handyman we have ever hired. My kitchen faucet broke over the weekend and we had used Dietmar several times before and were extremely happy with his work . He had installed doors, fixed kitchen and bathroom drawers plus toilet repairs for us. I emailed him and within an hour he had called us back to set up a date and time. Dietmar is an exceptional handyman, and an even better human being. As stated above, we asked Dietmar to do a variety of jobs inside our home, some big, some very small, and he accomplished everything in a very efficient manner and the work quality was top notch. I concur with a previous reviewer in that Dietmar is completely trustworthy. It was a pleasure getting to know his background a little bit, and how he came here to Cleveland from his native Austria. He is courteous, he cleans up completely after he's done, and he will give you an honest day's work, no doubt. I have no problem with his hourly rate, because I know what I am receiving in return. We will be calling on Dietmar again in the near future, to make some shelves in our basement storage room. Thanks Dietmar!

The main issue that I had was that he charged me for 30 minutes more than the original job was ($30 additional dollars) when he was only there 25 minutes after our scheduled appointment and 15 minutes was dedicated to his own clean up.

He was on time, courteous and respectful of our home. We'll definitely work with him again!
