 + -1 moreWent well. Had a few issues to discuss with Ryan. The project moved forward. The garage well used and family likes it. Wished he would have discussed a few extra feet. Could use that for bikes and snow equipment and lawn mower. Getting a few cracks in cement. That can be expected.
Description of Work: Put in driveway and two car garage.

 + 0 moreWe received a good quote to perform basic insulation for the attic. Service was provided in an efficient manner. Did not do a thorough job cleaning up afterwards. Does not provide detailed billing. About six months later, I called Emerson to come to look at gutter damage. He said that he would stop by to make a quote and didn't show up. About 3 months ago, I called Emerson (he came highly recommended by various neighbors) to look at other gutter damage. He did not return my phone call.
Description of Work: Insulation in attic floor (service was provided). Called for 2 separate situations to repair gutter damage (service was not provided).

 + -1 moreWe did not pursue this contractor due to a lack of professionalism and promptness.
Description of Work: Company had given the previous owner a quote on a new garage. We tried to obtain a quote as well. One of the owners arrived and took all the necessary information and measurements. He indicated a quote would be created in 1-2 days. We did not hear back after a week and a half. I called the owner again. He said our garage was too complicated and required further time to process the quote. Again, he indicated we would hear back from him in 1-2 days. We did not hear back as another week and a half went back. I called the owner once again. He said he needed more time to process the quote. I indicated that if he needed more time, he should let us know instead of making promises for a quick turn around time. He apologized and said he would get back to us in two days. We never heard back from the owner again.
