E-Tech Computers

My experience at E-tech with “Steve” was outstanding. Steve knows what he’s doing. He helped me with complicated computer and printer issues and didn’t stop until I was completely satisfied. He even suggested some problem-solving solutions that I didn’t think of which made all the difference. In addition to his skill as a computer technician, he is an honest, patient, and nice guy who obviously takes pleasure in what he does. It was a pleasure doing business with Steve. The price for his service is extremely reasonable.

Took my macbook into this shop after i spilled wine onto it. They said they werent sure what they would be able to do but they would try to fix it. The next day i got a call saying it was up and running only issue was there was 2 keys on the keyboard that didnt work. They offered to replace it as they said they had it in stock. Later that day i got the unit back and it was like nothing ever happened. They also had charged me half of what i was quoted over at the so call "Apple" store really appreciate that you guys are there for people like us!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

At the time, there was no cost to see what was wrong with my pc. My cat spilled water in it. Oh the sads, new pc. The motherboard needed replaced. I went ahead and let them order and replace it. They gave me all my options. At the time the cost was, nothing. Maybe 2 years ago. Even was kind enough to tell me the option of buying it and installing myself to save money. (This was not said to be rude, don't judge!) They ordered a replacement and replaced it for me. I happily paid their service price along with my parts price. They did it in a quickly mannered time. Kept in contact, and were just great people and service. I then went back a few months ago, for a crashing issue i couldn't figure out. They were great then also. As per last time. Same kindness and professionalism was implemented. I went to call them today, and seen a horrid review. So felt the need to say all this, as I'm going to use them a third time. This is a great little shop to support. I truly hope whoever reads this gives them a chance Misty~

DO NOT GO HERE. Would give a 0 start review if possible. Absolute worst place you can take equipment in for repair - I brought my MacBook Pro in because a few keys were not working from a coffee spill. There was a nice older working and a younger one - the older man let me know they would do no work until I got my free diagnostic call & the younger one gave me the price of what a new keyboard would cost. I did not hear anything until I called a few days later, they told me I would need an entire new logic board for $750 or I could buy the same computer used from them. I did not want to move forward with this option but later found they had replaced my keyboard anyway & were trying to charge me $250 for that - even though I said NOT to do any work at all. Three phone calls later, the younger worker was VERY aggressive with me, saying that I was "confused" and that the apple store must have quoted me for that $750 logic board. He said they would not give my laptop back the way I dropped it off and threatened to rip out the keyboard, leaving me with a non-working laptop. Finally they reviewed security footage and the older gentleman admitted & apologized for misquoting me on the logic board, but said I still had to pay for the keyboard work they completed. I offered a lower payment & he accepted - but left the phone off the hook at the end of the call. The younger worker REPEATEDLY called me a bitc* and yelled at the older man. He said they would not give the laptop back when we would come by to pick it up "and what is that lady even gonna do about it." We finally got my laptop back & I immediately noticed the keyboard WAS NOT EVEN NEW, clear wear and tear all over they keys, they lied and still wanted a full payment. I will NEVER take any equipment back to Etech - worst customer service, biggest egos, takes forever for them to call you.
