Crew arrived promptly at scheduled time. Move was done quickly and professionally. Care was taken to prevent damage to items. Would happily use again.

I have nothing but good things to say. They are very polite and always on time. They are very respectful and careful with my furniture. I have a lot of antiques and they get them from point A to point B. Several instances they've gone above and beyond for me. I've used them several times before, which is the greatest testimonial.

I contacted this company via Angie's List and they didn't even offer the courtesy of a response. I'd have been happy with a "No thanks, we're not interested" so I could scratch them off my list, but no such luck. They've moved us before, but I'll never contact them again.

They were fast, efficient and pleasant to work with. 2 men, one truck, plus some packing. I would recommend them highly. Cost was reasonable.

I don't write many negative reviews. I work hard to find and hire the best, so I don't have to. I hired Dussault for a move in 2007 because they came highly recommended by friends. They did a local move for us and we were extremely pleased with their services. So much so in fact that we've recommended them to any number of people. Having had such a great experience, it was a no brainer for us to hire them for this most recent move. What a mistake that was. To their credit, the owner, Art listened to our complaints and offered us what amounted to a 10% discount on services because of our problems related to this move, which included, but were not limited to: Underestimating the cost of the move significantly, despite the fact we divested ourselves of a large amount of stuff between the estimate date and the move date Not providing us with an inventory - This is the first time we've moved that there was no inventory available to us of all of the moved items. At this point, we've not yet unpacked everything and we can only assume everything that was taken out of our old house and moved into storage was delivered to this new house. We didn't think too much of this until they delivered a large mirror to us that wasn't ours - goodness knows who that belonged to. Allowing what can only be defined as rude staff members to interact with customers - What disappointed us most about this experience was the rudeness of certain staff members. The movers themselves, with the exception of one, were as friendly as we remembered from our previous experience. Unfortunately the same could not be said for office staff. This is definitely something we did not encounter previously and when even your employees are commenting to customers about this you know it is a real problem. We noted upon delivery of our furniture that Dussault had dented the top of a Stickley dresser and to their credit they are paying to have it repaired. This week though as I was unpacking boxes, I learned the move quality was even worse than I thought as any number of delicate items in boxes had been crushed, including a Tiffany wine decanter that had been a wedding gift, some antique bottles and number of china figurines from my childhood. These items were packed well and had survived five previous moves intact. All I can figure is that the boxes, which were marked fragile in large letters were handled with reckless disregard for the fact that the contents belonged to someone. Luckily I took care to move my most precious breakables to my parents house so they are still intact. If you needed a mover in Cleveland 3 months ago I would have recommended Dussault, hands down. Knowing what I know now, I couldn't in good conscious recommend them to anyone. Hopefully they can turn things around because they have a number of really good movers working for them.

Excellent. Couldn't have been nicer. Hard working. Wholesome. Kind. Thoughtful. Extremely happy with move. No items moved were damaged. No part of house harmed. Quick move. Will definitely use these guys again.

It was great. I might have found them on Angie's List. They were great. I plan on using them again really soon. They probably got the job done in two hours. It was good. It was under $200.

They were amazing and my move went more smoothly than I thought was possible. Three men (Matt, Tom, and Ron) showed up exactly on time and got right to work. I had a few very heavy pieces along with some delicate glass (curio cabinet, large dresser mirror) and they handled everying carefully. They damaged nothing, scratched nothing, and were highly professional. I do not plan on moving again but would highly recommend Dussault Moving to everyone.

They were great. The job was excellent; superior, just at the top. They were just terrific. There were two guys and we loved their work. They were very positive and they had good work ethics. Arrived promptly, very organized and efficient and I think they were very reasonable. They love their company and they were extremely polite and friendly. We thought they treated us like family.

Dussault was fantastic. They responded to my call, showed up for a quote on time, and were there bright and early on the day of the move. Everyone I talked to at Dussault was friendly and accommodating. The moving crew was professional and efficient - they packed the truck completely full, and they moved everything with great care. They provided wardrobe boxes and lifted the contents of the closets straight out, into the boxes, and then into closets on the other side (we had packed some of our own clothes, but this was a very nice service for coats and such). They had extra packing tape and other supplies for contingencies, and everything went very smoothly. We liked them so much my in-laws hired them to move a piano from Chicago a few months later.

Everything went better than planned. The 2 gentlemen that handled our move were super. If you ever need a moving company I recommend that you give them a call.

Arrived on time. Worked quickly and efficiently. All items were secured in truck and delivered undamaged. Unloaded in Kent and placed all items. Had to remove legs on chair to fit through door . Moved air conditioner in Kent and completed everything we needed.

They did a great job. Kim (estimator) was very polite and professional. Gave a great price and gave good advice. The crew on move day was amazing. Very accommodating and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. They just worked hard and had a great attitude.

The two men arrived on time. They were very professional and moved all my daughter's things into her apartment quickly and efficiently. They were very friendly and more than accommodating. It was a great experience!

Was initially pleased that the company came out to do a walk through of our rented home to make sure they provided the correct truck, supplies, and man power. I expected the move to go smoothly. However, the day of the move began with the driver hitting the gutter on the rental home, (as of July 22 it has yet to be repaired according to my former landlord). Only 2 men came to complete the move, 1 of whom commented on how he wished he were still in bed and his pace reflected so. As the driver was backing out of the driveway he hit my neighbor's tree branch taking off 1 of 3 main branches. They did go back and cut up the branch so it wasn't laying across their driveway. At this point the move was extending much longer than any previous move I've done and I just wanted to be in my new home. With only 2 men, my final cost was definitely over my quoted estimate. Since the move, I noticed scratches on a leather chair and ottoman that were not there prior to the move. I chose Dussault because it had good reviews and I wanted to support a local company. In the end, I just didn't have the same good experience and I would not use them in the future.

They were very friendly and easy to schedule with. I did not get an estimate because I knew it was only going to take a few hours. I received two men and a medium sized truck to perform the work. They arrived on time and worked very quickly. They took extra care with my good furniture and it arrived in great shape. I would recommend them.

Fantastic job. Very careful, nothing was harmed. Very polite and showed up right on time. Price was lower than everyone else. They even brought all the boxes we would need.

I called and spoke to the female business owner (she said wife), and described the unit's size and characteristics (heavy, old, oak, with glass-front drawers). She took my info down and said that her husband would call back. She was very friendly. Her husband called back promptly the next morning (I had called after hours). I also explained to them that I would be doing a whole house move shortly and was possibly interested in their services. I explained that I needed to get the item moved as soon as possible. I also mentioned that I needed to have 4 chairs moved as well. The items were coming from 2 condos 3 doors apart on the east side. He was very polite and friendly. I made sure that they knew that the display case/dresser was big and heavy!! He gave me a quote if $180 which was 2 hours. It takes me 1/2 hour on a bad day to get from my house to my parents where the items were. They were able to squeeze the move in that day. First off, they arrived over an hour early which turned out ok, thankfully. The dresser unit was difficult to get out of the condo because the homeowner had put in baseboards after the unit was first put in which I was not aware of. My Dad said that they did a good job getting everything out. He also said that they had to stop at their shop on their way to my house to get a dolly that could better handle the weight of the unit. They had no problem with the club chairs and the table that my dad also threw in. They arrived at my house as expected. Two guys got out of the truck. I was standing outside and they didn't smile, say hi, anything. The driver was smoking and smelled strongly of it. The driver guy came up to the front door, said hi, then started walking through my house without saying anything!!!!! Apparently he was looking for a board that he could use to run the dolly on over the grass. When my friend offered to see if there was anything in the garage for him to use, he said that he already looked!!!!! I was a bit freaked out. He said that he would try not to mess up the lawn but that it was unlikely. I was getting pretty weirded out by that point. They got the furniture in without issue and the lawn had some marks in it but nothing that I was going to complain about, giving their quality of the move a b. There was drywall in the grooves of the furniture from moving it that they could have cleaned off. Then comes payment and my bill of $70 more than what I was quoted!!! The driver guy was just a plain jerk at this point. He accused me of lying about the type of furniture being moved (his sheet just said 'dresserand quot;) and trying to sneak other things into the move! When I mentioned that he didn't bring the right equipment (wrong dolly, had to stop at their shop in the middle of the move, combing my house for a board to take) he really got angry at me. My friend tried to talk to him about his old moving business to diffuse the situation. I will not be using them again and was prepared to spend thousands. The driver/mover guy was horrid, which is unfortunate because the owners/office staff was great. They left their tools at my parents house and never called back for them.

From the initial in-person quote, to when they left our new house with all furniture, boxes etc. in the right rooms, the Dussault team put us as at ease during a fairly stressfull time! It seems that in the moving game, most professional companies charge almost the same per man/per hour price... but what differentiated Dussault was the fact that they send out a four man team, not three, they didn't charge for temporary storage, and that they were local, so any driving/trip charges were kept to a minimum. More important than cost however is the care they took over our furniture... not a scratch could be found as they diligently wrapped all solid furniture in blankets and soft furnishings in plastic wrap. I would recommend Dussault to anyone!

They are always my first thought when I think about moving.
