My husband and I along with my neighbors contracted with him to complete our patios. He gave us a "deal" because we were both working with him. He showed up in the afternoon and the workers only worked 2- 4 hours at best. There were many days that noone showed up. A 3 day job took over 2 weeks and it is still not complete. The pictures in his portfolio and on his webpage must not be his work because neither of our patios look like what we viewed. My patio has a deep V in it, it sits up way too high and it slants into our neighbor's yard. So it creates a puddle. The "stamp" or lack there of is faint and then there are brush strokes/foot prints all over the concrete. There are areas that weren't even stamped. There is concrete hanging out that someone could really hurt themselves. There is left over powder and debris left all over my house, deck, yard and my neighbors' yards. He/ his workers destroyed parts of their yard with their equipment and he didn't even try to fix it. He was supposed to expand my driveway and add a walkway, he did a partial job and said he ran out of material. He asked me for the rest of the money to purchase it and he did NOT complete the job. He and his workers covered the pile of concrete with dirt. My husband and I have tried to contact him. He kept telling us that someone was on the way to finish, then he had a death in his family, then his kid was sick, lastly he was in a motorcycle accident and broke his legs. He has since blocked us and created more problems that we will have to fix. This is the short version

Description of Work: Jeff Zimmerman DBA Concrete 4 Less: The Job was to Tear out existing driveway and install new concrete driveway. The Contractor was unable to get city to sign off on permit to pour cement. Contractor said city approved cement pour then took my money and walked away from the job. PLEASE use extreme caution. I had to hire a second Contractor to complete the job. Don't take my word on his workmanship - Please look at prior permits (in the city of Lakewood) to see if his work was completed and for city inspector feedback) I don't want anyone to lose there hard earned money and have to pay additional money to get the job completed. The contractor did not care that i'm a veteran, and now seeks senior citizens in his marketing
