Description of Work: I have used Colors by Design for years.... soon after Jim started in business. I have ALWAYS been pleased with the work. The crew is always on time, always clean up nicely & have flexibility in scheduling the work. The last job was painting all rooms, ceilings, trim & woodwork of a 3200 sq. ft. home. Another great job! Highly recommended!!!

+ 0 moreWe first started using Jim in 2006. We had our Family Room painted & buy the time we moved to another home in 2011, he had repainted 9 rooms, ceilings & woodwork. In our "new" house, he & Michael & Mike ripped down wallpaper & painted in 8 rooms & 3 bathrooms, & then painted 2 closets. We needed it done fast & they worked late to get it all done by my requested finish date. Always professional, these guys do excellent work, are very punctual, quiet & are extremely neat. I had no hesitation giving Jim a key to the house or leaving them in the house when I was not there. My estimate & statement were completely itemized. I highly recommend Colors by Design!
Description of Work: Moving into our new (previously owned) home, we had wallpaper removed from the front hallway, office, den wall, kitchen, lav, 2 bathrooms, sunroom, 2 bedrooms & vestibule. All rooms were primed & then given 2 coats of paint. They also painted 2 closets. Before moving from our old house, Jim had repainted almost the whole house, LR, DR, kitchen, FR, Sunroom, 3 BR, a finished basement, lav, bathroom, & a smoke filled den. (Wallpaper removed; walls, ceiling, woodwork washed & cleaned; walls, ceiling & woodwork primed with 2 coats; then 2 coats of paint. You would never know there had been smoking in the room.) I've always been happy with their work.

Description of Work: They came in & repainted the entire inside of 2 of my houses. I have never been happier and more pleased with the work. I recommended them to my parents when they had their condo painted and again a fantastic job at a perfect price. Ceilings, walls & baseboards. All done within a few days each time.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. They were awesome. They even offered to send out a person with paint swatches to help us do a color analysis, which I thought was really cool. The experience was very easy and very painless. We were able to email and talk to them by phone. When it came time for payment, it was very easy. We didn't compare prices, but we thought it was fine. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I had my stairwell, living room and the exterior of my house painted. they did an exceptional job at a very inexpensive price. both my wife and I wee very happy. we had a texture done on the living room, and they worked wonders the 90 year old trim in my house. after they were done with the interior and exterior, I swear it looks like we live in a brand new home. Jim and Mike were incredibly professional from start to finish. I highly recommend them.
