+ -1 moreExcellent as usual. Called and scheduled us for AC service. Pointed out that we needed to keep the unit cleaned better (dog hair & maple tree whirlybirds!) so it wont overwork.
Description of Work: A/C service. (They also have replaced our furnace and Ac units x2 over the past 16 years - the original ancient furnace 15 yrs ago, then a replacement about 2 years ago; and added AC about 12 yrs ago with replacement 2 years ago).

+ -1 moreHAD REPEATED DIFFICULTIES IN SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS, HAVING THEM KEEP THEM AND IN RETURNING CALLS. USED FOR BOILER REPLACEMENT THAT WAS NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED. STAFF WAS UNWILLING TO WORK WITH US- BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
