Everything was done as promised and in a timely manner, especially given the unpredictability of Cleveland weather. The quality of the masonry, and sub-contracted roofing, is great. I would highly recommend Nick and his team.

I couldn't be more pleased! At first I was intimidated to request a quote because the website showed these gorgeous carvings and huge patios. I didn't think my simple front steps would be affordable or worth their time, however, Nick from British Stoneworks responded to my request for a quote promptly. The quote was fair and his estimated timing to start and complete the job were accurate. During the process they discovered my foundation was in very good shape and recommended leaving it and saving me $1500 - I thought this was very honest. The crew was nice and left things neat and tidy each day. The stonework was impeccable and final clean up good. I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again.

I could not have been more pleased! Nick was simply exceptional From our first conversation, Nick was professional, thorough and of a quality mindset. He came out to the house quickly and helped to immediately assess the extent of the work which was going to be needed. He evem immediately dug down to the footers in order to assess if we had an even bigger problem (we did not, fortunately). He quickly digested an engineers report and was confident he could repair and meet their requirements. When it came time to the work itself, his team was prompt, extremely hard working and of the highest quality. He put enormous effort into finding the perfect replacement bricks ... you can't even tell repairs were made! He creatively secured the columns by hiding the securing brackets inside the brick... which makes everything appear like it was part of the original work! He cleaned and polished up as well... looks brand new! And most important, he was truly a pleasure to work with -- an all around nice person. Not only would I HIGHLY recommend Nick & his team overall, I will absolutely plan to use Bristishstoneworks in the future at our new home!

As I stated above the first project went so well I had them do more work even though I did not get an estimate from them in the beginning. Did an outstanding job.

This was easy. We knew it would take time before the sandstone was located and we also knew that winter was upon us and that might push things into next year. One morning the crew from Britishstoneworks LLC. arrived and I reiterated what we wanted to see happen. Nick was prepared. It took the better part of the day to move everything and get the stones ready to be set in place. As we requested, the old stone was moved into our back yard. The crew cleaned everything up and before we knew it, they were gone. Couldn't be more pleased that we could get sandstone instead of cement.
