concrete repair
+ -1 moreThe projects took a few weeks because they were doing two jobs for us, but that didn't matter. The work was done perfectly, the estimate that was given was exact, and he saved us from having to waterproof because he problem solved the dampness in the basement. By not waterproof he saved us @12,000 and solved our damp basement problem. We have already talked to the contractor about another project in the Spring so we are very pleased with his work.
Description of Work: The front sidewalk near the tree lawn was removed as was the sidewalks to steps in the front of the house. They also patched up three other areas of concrete that were excavated during an earlier project. The small section of the sidewalk at the side of the house and a pad underneath the stairs were also prepared for new concrete. Within a few days of preparation concrete was poured and ready to be walked almost immediately. This was a pretty large project and the team handled the project very well.

+ -1 moreI CONTRACTED WITH HIM TO REPLACE OUR SIDEWALK THE WAS CONDEMNED BY THE CITY. AS MOST OF THE STREET DID. THE CITY HAD MARKED ALL THE PROBLEM SIDEWALK ON THE STREET THAT MUST BE REPLACED BY THE OWNERS. HE GAVE ME A GREAT PRICE OF $400 TO REPLACE MY 3 PIECES ONE OF WHICH EXTENDED INTO THE DRIVEWAY. APPARENTLY HE TOOK ON TOO MUCH WORK AND JUST LET ME AND MY NEXT STORE NEIGHBOR AS WELL AS SEVERAL OTHERS SLIDE. THE WORK HAD TO BE DONE BY THE END OF THE MONTH AND AS HE COULDN'T GET TO IT I HAD TO DO THE WORK MYSELF.
