 + -1 moreTHE NEXT TIME SHE HAS A PROBLEM WITH THE CANNON PRINTER SHE WILL TAKE IT BACK TO THE CANNON AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDER.
Description of Work: WENT IN TO GET CANNON PRINTER FIXED. THEY WERE UNABLE TO FIX IT AND TOLD HER IT WAS AN ELECTRONIC PROBLEM. PROBLEM LATER DIAGNOSED AS NEEDING A NEW PRINT HEAD, A COMMONLY AVAILABLE PART. NOT CHARGED BY B&G BUT LOST THE USE OF HER PRINTER FOR AN EXTRA WEEK.
