Description of Work: When I lived in parma, my roof began leaking. Artisan roofing was referred to me and upon calling, Dale promptly called me back and came to my home. He was able to temporarily seal the leak and give me quotes on replacing the roof. I was so pleased with the quality and professionalism. To this day I recommend Artisan to friends and family members!

Description of Work: I called the number on my 25 year old receipt from Atisan rofing and was delighted that they are still in business. They did an excellent job back then, so I called for their opinion and estimate if I needed the work done now or not (because I wanted to get some other improvements done and didn't want to be surprised by a leaking roof due to it's current age. He was also honest and said I had 2 or more years left but I may want to guarantee that by getting some re-sealing done around the chimney and other spots. He quoted me a reasonable price for that and also quoted what it would cost for a new roof, as I will need a tear off next time, He was very responsive and due to the great job he did the first time , I will have him do the sealing when the weather breaks (my idea, not his). and if he doesen't retire by time I need the roof, I'll call him again.
